tried to speak with you on the phone, Your agent Justin hung up on me more than onceI couldn't even finish a sentence or get a word out due to the lack of professionalism without any regard to my response only because you received an account from a company that claimed I owed them money that had not been paidI also never received any documentation by mail regarding this claimPlease provide verification that you mailed out the appropriate documentation when you first received this account.

National Service Bureau was notified that Dr*** is represented with legal counsel and we have since been in contact with her attorney providing to them the documentation regarding her account

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
This claim is for a car accident that took place 09-12-where Mr*** backed into our insuredSince Mr*** was driving with no insurance or at the very least did not provide his insurance informationOur company made several attempts to talk to
Mr*** in which our calls were not returned.
On 11-05-Mr*** requested no more calls to any number we have on fileWe have since blocked all numbers on his account so there has not been any attempts to call him

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:This issue is not about being ripped off or taken advantage of! NSB somehow obtained my personal information and exploited it without due diligence! I nearly lost my job due to their lack of investigation as whether they had the right person in their attempt to collect a debt, not to mention the undue mental torment I endured for months! A simple call to the TennDeptof Safety would have shown that there was no accidents on my record! Further, they could have contacted me personally with the information they had, and I could have informed them they had the wrong person with MINIMAL effort.Sincerely,*** ***

After receiving this complaint, our office performed a thorough review of the file in question. Our representative spoke with Mr*** two times on 10-30-The first conversation was at or around 12:02pm PT with Mr*** asking if he could change the payment amount, to which our
representative replied, yes, but the balance in full will then be due and not a settlement as mutually agreedThe second call was Mr*** calling our office about minutes later confirming the original payment amount is OK to run on 10-31-for $2,127.34. That payment ran the following morning for the amount agreed to. We did receive a fax from Mr*** on 10-31-2017, after the payment had already run. After receiving the fax we have removed future payments and have made several attempts to reach Mr*** but have been unable to do soThe payment from 10-31-2017, as mentioned in the complaint, did not clear. Our intention is to recover the money owed our clientWe are happy to work toward resolving this account with a payment arrangement that is affordable.

MrP*** stated his company ( what is his company type of business) is not the company Eric called fromEric works for State Farm Subornation DeptIf MrP*** company is accepting debt assignments from State Farm....that would lead me to believe MrP*** works for a collection agency I spoke to an attorney in Traffic Laws and he quoted " collection agencies can not suspend your license."
Washington is a "Fault" statewhich means Civil Tort Civil Tort is handled by the courts % of fault and damages are to be decided in a court of law not at the desk of State Farm Subornation Dept acting on behalf of the client (policyholder with under insured coverage).
If what Mr.P*** is stating was true ALL Subornation Reps would recap 100% of all accidents their employer paid out onNo unbiased court system required and the DMV would suspend driving privileged without court ordersIn other words DMV would consider an insurance company employee equitable to make unbiased at fault decisions and assign financial responsibility amounts per the client (Policyholder) choice of auto repair shops
A Traffic infraction is just that, an infraction It does not assign fault of accident The client does not assign fault of accidentA witness does not assign fault, they testify to what they witnessedWitnesses' are known to recall much differently
MrP*** and Eric from State Farm: I can not, nor will the "***'s be contacting you to set up a payment plan on the over priced bumper replacement of your client (policyholder) vehicleWho determined the bumper required replacement, the client who ripped it off? Your "payment plan" is written contract that only requires a signature or recorded agreement to be legally bindingYour payment plan contract only pertains to "your" best interest and State Farms.
I would like documentation that proves your company has authority to submit consumers names requesting suspension based your business partners assignment of accounts.
I and the "***'s" will attain an attorney in response to any actions State Farm, State Farm Subornation, State Farm National Subornation, Seattle Services Bureau, National Services Bureau or any other business names doing business as where this matter is concerned.

I have reviewed the consumer's complaintI show the consumer was accident on June 18, In an effort to get State Farm their money back it took the consumer almost two years to repay what was owed on this claimSince NSBI was not the one who suspended the
consumer license, NSBI sent the release to State of ILas this is the state where the consumer lives.? Once it had been determined the license was suspended in GAThe new release was sent to the stateAt this point the release has been sent and NSBI has? no control how long the state will take to release the consumer license

I would like to point out we are contracted with State Farm to send in the paper work to the State of Washington for? the driver and the owner of the vehicle driving privilege to be suspendedWhile we are required by contract? to do this within days of the account coming to our office, we try to work out something with both the driver and owner of the vehicleBased on the "Facts of loss" The Washington Sate Patrol issued a citation for Speeding too fast for condition, and no insuranceThere will be no court handing the suspension as this is based on the police report and witnessesThe State of Washington has the final say if someone will be able to drive or not, as? driving is a privilege
The reason I asked for a call was to resolve any issues and set up a payment planI fully understand your concerns that you may have, but I wanted the opportunity to help you and or the driver to resolve this without getting? anyone driving privileges suspended
