[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First they did not obtain a technician, I did After waiting two weeks and listening to a ton of excusesSecond the door lock is a mechanical component failure, not a latch I also intend to make anther complaint, on another denied repair This is an absolute railroading of a customer Sure they want me to cancel the warrant The reason for that is their warranty cancellation fee almost negates the total cost of my warranty while the deny claims they should pay Regards, [redacted]

I have purchased this home warranty policy from this company for all my home appliancesNow when my water heater failed due to a mechanical issue, these folks are not ready to cover the repair/replacement costsI was told to call my own contractor to fix the issue as it was an emergency, which I didHe identified the issue as mechanical failure in the water heater and it needed a replacementI have sent the invoice after the work for reimbursement and now secure home warranty is not ready to pay by giving different excusesTheir fine print says generally valves are not covered which they are pointing out, but mine was a mechanical failure which caused this and it was clearly pointed out in the invoice as well by the plumber.I need to get $($total cost - $deductible) reimbursed from the home warranty as that was the cost of the water heater replacement

The customer was contacted by one of our Managers and has resolved a portion of the matter, we are awaiting the customer to contact us and advise how they would like to proceed

The customer originally placed a claim for an electrical issue on 10/20/2016, and we did cover the claim, though it fell outside of the scope of the warranty(please refer to the attached invoice).Secure Home Warranty received a call on 12/27/from he customers' daughter that there was another electrical issue, we advised her that this a brand new claim and that the service call fee would have to be paid tot he technician when they come to the home. The customer stated that they had to get a technician for the same issue from before, the repair was made on 11/10/2016, 12/27/is well over the days to be a recall.Secure Home Warranty was more than willing to send a technician out to assess the issue but the customer does not agree with having to pay, technicians guarantee their work during the first days anything over that is considered a new claim

Dear Cynthia here is a copy of our contract with the Home Warranty as asked.when I told their Manager named Gerred that I will submit a complaint to Revdex.com because if your poor customer serviced he sarcastically said: Yea!, Go ahead, We are waiting for it"That is really rude for a manager and a customer serviceThey did not solve our problem, just get the money and now here is their response.looking forward to hearing from you soonBest regards [redacted]

The custome first supplied Secure Home Warranty with a technician that they contacted which is not a real technician , and the customer is paying the phone bill of the technician, because [redacted] is on the caller id.The customer then stated his friend/technician then sub-contracted to someone else to have the repairs made, we are waiting for a legitimate invoice from the technician whom the customer actually had come out an replace the unit.Secure Home Warranty stated that they can have the technician contact us directly, send an invoice and must be an actual business, we have yet to receive any information from the customer

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: ----- Forwarded message ----------From: Revdex.com of Metro Washington DCDate: Thu, Mar 9, at 9:AMSubject: Fwd: Complaint # [redacted] .To: [redacted] < [redacted] @myRevdex.com.org>---------- Forwarded message ----------From: < [redacted] @ [redacted] .net>Date: Wed, Mar 8, at 6:PMSubject: Re: Complaint # [redacted] .To: Revdex.com Cc: [redacted] < [redacted] @ [redacted] .net>Dear Sir or Madam,I am requesting a break down on how you calculated refund of $I paid $for a year of service starting August and cancelled the contract on January 5, 2017, that is only monthsI had to continually make calls and send emails to attempt to get someone to assist me.I finally called again in February, to the claims department with some type of resultsHowever, I never received a call or email from a representative of your company. Now to receive a credit of $that is an insult Calculating monthly a month (August thru January, 2017) totaling $187.50.This leaves February thru August -$ not $53.71.Please explain[redacted]

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The company has salesmen and saleswomen that are giving general answers to questions and not fully disclosing finer details about the commitment When asking a salesman or saleswoman about appliances which are covered they will tell you exactly what is covered which is great but will go in length to tell you all you have to do is pay the fee when the contractor arrives and the repair is on themNo mentions of not paying for labor, disposal, or anything about fine tooth comb style service verificationIn dealing with small to medium sized contractors it was nice to see my very first service provider that arrived at my house to be unaware that my first service call was freeNotifying him about the free call he stated "you are going to have to find someone else because they wont pay me and I wont do the work." Something to think about when you are committed to a company to service a product in which the clients that depend on them to fulfill that obligation have that kind of repose within the companies that service for themSalesmen and Saleswomen need to fully outline the agreement instead of giving and abstract and summary in which they skip the entire main portion of the agreement when selling their clients, this would alleviate the misunderstanding of signing up for a full house coverage with a worry free mentality Regards, [redacted]

I still have not recd refund after being told for months one would be issued

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: well someone isn't doing math correctly because there is still 194.46$ still uncounted forI had a month policy and if you divide into that's 29$ for each monthSo I've only received back Only had the policy for month and daysHow does that add to Regards, [redacted]

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was told by a customer service agent I would be receiving a full refundI paid for a service and never received anything from itI had to make all of the phone calls to schedule technicians to come to my houseThe company didn't communicate with myself or the technician, we had to make multiple calls to try to get them to resolve my roof leak issueDue to the amount of time it took for the company to respond to myself and the technician, my roof and ceiling incurred additional damage from the leakI will have to pay $2,+ in repairs because of thisI paid extra money for roof leak coverage, which the company did not provideThis contract is for monthsEven if it were pro-rated, I should still receive 2/of the cost of what I paid, not the 1/that they sent meThe company also took and extra month to cancel my policy and send my refund, which I'm sure they used in the pro-rated amountI will not settle for anything less than a full refund of the purchase price of $ Regards, [redacted]
