I spoke with you on 10/in reference to the complaint that Mrs [redacted] sent in Since then, I have discovered that we did all of the siding work that the insurance approved The problem was, Mrs [redacted] thought that we were replacing all of her vinyl siding, but we were only doing the portion (the back) that the insurance approvedThis is per our contract The issue now, is that Mrs [redacted] picked a color for the new siding based on the idea that she believed we were replacing it allThe new color is Ivory and the existing color was red Since we only replaced the back, now the front and the back are different colors I have told her that: We would replace the back again with a color that would match the existing siding, or We would replace the remaining old siding to match the new siding color, or We would give her a discount of 15% for the color confusion She plans to let me know tomorrow what she would like to do I will let you know when it is resolved Thanks for your help

Can you confirm her phone number for me? I have [redacted] and Tyra from our office left a message for [redacted] or [redacted] at 1:12p.mon September So, we have tried to contact them this week and have not heard back from them Thank you!

This repair was made on 8/4/

Someone from our office is contacting customer to schedule a time to meet with her The office thought that everything had been resolved and they want to confirm this with the customer As soon as they talk to her I will give you an update Thank you for your helping us with this process

I just received the response from the homeowner[redacted] has been out there all day today, and is currently making the repairs needed.He will likely be making these repairs for the next several days.Thanks so much for your help in resolving this issue

At the same time that Secured Roofing was trying to remove the lien from my property, [redacted] , I hired an Estate lawyer to help remove the lienI was charged $for his feeI wish to recover my lossesAt that time, when I was charged the fee, the lien was still on my house
