I just received the response from the homeowner.[redacted] has been out there all day today, and is currently making the repairs needed.He will likely be making these repairs for the next several days.Thanks so much for your help in resolving this issue.

I spoke with you on 10/16 in reference to the complaint that Mrs. [redacted] sent in.
Since then, I have discovered that we did all of the siding work that the insurance approved.
 
The problem was, Mrs. [redacted] thought that we were replacing all of her vinyl siding, but we were only doing...

the portion (the back) that the insurance approved. This is per our contract.
The issue now, is that Mrs. [redacted] picked a color for the new siding based on the idea that she believed we were replacing it all. The new color is Ivory and the existing color was red.
Since we only replaced the back, now the front and the back are different colors.
I have told her that:
1. We would replace the back again with a color that would match the existing siding,
  or
2. We would replace the remaining old siding to match the new siding color,
  or
3. We would give her a discount of 15% for the color confusion.
 
She plans to let me know tomorrow what she would like to do.
 
I will let you know when it is resolved.

We at Secured Roofing have tried to reach the homeowner regarding this complaint multiple times to discuss the issue and come to a resolution. We at Secured Roofing want to leave all of our customers happy and would like to discuss further the concerns of the homeowner. We have left multiple...

voicemails on the phone number provided and we have also sent an email. We will let you know once we have received a call or email back from the homeowner. 
 
In regards to the claim that we didn't return any phone calls, we make sure we answer or return all calls. We would like to know what phone number messages were left on by the homeowner to make sure they have the right number.

Hello Chris.Thanks so much for your help in resolving this complaint. Our Production Manager, [redacted], has scheduled an appointment with the homeowner on 9/30/15 to assess what needs to be repaired and/or completed. He will then proceed with the necessary repairs.Thanks so much[redacted]...

Someone from our office is contacting customer to schedule a time to meet with her.  The office thought that everything had been resolved and they want to confirm this with the customer.  As soon as they talk to her I will give you an update.  Thank you for your helping us with this process.

I have messaged Vince multiple times (I have EVERY text since all of this began) asking when they will be out to fix the roof. His response is always "it is on the board to be done I will let you know" and no one ever contacts us or comes to resolve the issue. I have yet to hear from him since filing this report and I have messaged him multiple times. This has been going on for MONTHS. I have yet to receive a response from him, and doubt that I will. We have our lawyer getting in contact with them as well. If this does not get resolve soon, we will have another company come out and fix this and then they will bill Secured roofing....This is ridiculous, and should have been resolved right away.

Customer called Revdex.com and stated that the business contacted her and stated that they would take care of everything and make things right.
