We are currently attempting to reach customer. We have made this a priority to find out what she needs to be completed and to get it taken care of for her. As soon as we are able to set up a time that works best for her to meet at her home, I will let you know the results of the meeting.Thanks again for your help in resolving this issue

I wanted to give you an update
Mrs*** has decided to have us go ahead and replace the front siding to match the rest of the siding that was replaced previously
We are now sending someone out to measure the front of the house so we can order the materials and finish this job as soon as possible

Our representative has left messages for Mr***. However, as of this morning, Mr*** has not returned the calls. As soon as we are in contact with Mr***, we will schedule a meeting that is convenient for him so that we can see what needs to be done to resolve
this issue.Thank you!

I am giving you an update on the Revdex.com complaint number ***Vince took the warranty paperwork to *** *** house on 10/9/No one was home, so Vince left it behind the storm door.*** ***, our General Manager, tried to call *** twice to follow up and left a message for *** on 10/14/
giving him his cell number and asking to be called back.We have not heard back from *** ***, so today I emailed a copy of the warranty paperwork to ***, which I am forwarding to you.I also dropped a copy in the mail via USPS today.We will try to reach out to *** again.Thanks for your help.*** ***Secured Roofing CorporateWarranty Department*** ***

Our representative was at Mr***'s house on Monday, November 27. Siding is being ordered. However, as it is a special order they will not schedule job until materials come in. I will keep you updated as to when they have scheduled the job. Thank you!

The company resolved all issues in his complaint to his satisfaction in early November of and I was happy with the Management Group that work with him to resolve his issue

*** ***This response is not trueThey did not leave a message.I called them again after their response appeared in your emailThey sent a worker to inspect the siding and he said, It all needs replaced.The next day, he came out again and took more picturesLater that day, the manager called and said, he disagreed with his employee and that they would come out and do a detach and reattach.They have not said when this will take place.Therefore this is not resolved

I wanted to let you know that all the issues have been resolved and I have attached a "Customer Completion Form" that states the homeowner is satisfied with all repairs.Thanks for your help!

Today we received a check from secured roofing for damages related to my claimThey returned to the job and made all necessary repairsI would like to withdraw my complaint at this timeSecured Roofing finished the job 100% and paid for the damagesPlease let me know if I need to do anything else to retract the complaint

The back of the house still looks the same. It is uneven. Nothing has been done. Hence no pictures from the back of the house.

At the same time that Secured Roofing was trying to remove the lien from my property, [redacted], I hired an Estate lawyer to help remove the lien. I was charged $462.25 for his fee. I wish to recover my losses. At that time, when I was charged the fee, the lien was still on my house.

Can you confirm her phone number for me?  I have [redacted] and Tyra from our office left a message for [redacted] or [redacted] at 1:12p.m. on September 28.  So, we have tried to contact them this week and have not heard back from them.  Thank you!
