SEDA Construction Company Reviews (63)

There are a few allegations in this complaint We will address eachFirst, the alleged duplicate accounts We actually have accounts, for the same balance for two different patients for which [redacted] is responsible Therefore, why appearing to be the same, they are actually different ( [redacted] & [redacted] ) The second is that the debt is included in the bankruptcy We have received no bankruptcy information and this is the first we are hearing about it However, we are able to call a bankruptcy hotline for status information In doing so, we found that [redacted] filed in as a Chapter 13, and then on 11.5.2012, converted it to a chapter These debts were incurred after the filing date with dates of service as Therefore, we would need to see paperwork showing that these bills were included Once we receive that, we will updated her credit report to reflect that they were included in a bankruptcy However, at this time, we cannot cancel them as such as the dates do not align to show they were included [redacted] can attach a schedule F of credits showing that they were included to this complaint, or it can be faxed to ###-###-####

As [redacted] points out, the letter was addressed to her son Should he choose to reach out to us as his name was on the letter, or provide authorization granting us the ability to speak with a 3rd party, we will happily do so, but until that time, we will not respond to any allegations made In regards to calling a # provided by a party, we cannot control that However, now that we are asked, we will gladly stop calling the number We wait patiently for the proper party to reach out to us

We can appreciate the concern that the [redacted] family has, but attached you will find an explanation of benefits showing that the account was billed to their insurance and that the insurance company denied the charges on as "- Expenses incurred after coverage terminated" Our client, though, was kind enough to provide a no insurance discount and adjust the bill down from the $to the current balance $ Regarding what was sent, the [redacted] family asked for an itemization and that was what was mailed to them If the [redacted] family wants to resolve the balance, we are happy to assist in any way, but their version doesn't provide the full story Why their insurance claims they didn't receive the claim is unknown to us

The company is by law, supposed to validate this bill and who it actually belongs to Regards, [redacted] ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Regards,
*** ***

*** *** has already spoken with both a supervisor here and send an email with his complaint to our office We apologize for any misunderstanding, and based on his emailed request to have no further calls, we have marked his number as a do not call number His email has also been
passed along to leadership for a further review of the situation and is being addressed with the representative involved in the call

The *** Company was warned not to accept checks from my estranged wife. They told me there was nothing they could do to stop her from writing checks, even with me giving them the information that the checks would be returned unpaid. Meade and Associates is intentionally damaging my credit and trying to extort money from me to cover someone else's criminal behavior. They have no knowledge as to the status of the checks or any of the circumstances surrounding sameThey were notified months ago to contact my estranged wife's attorney to resolve this matter, they instead chose to place four negative items on my credit report and none on hers when it is clear who is responsible.
Regards,
*** ***

The account in question has not been paid in full The balance placed was $ *** *** paid $directly to our client (it was reported to our office in March 2013) and then paid us $on Once the final $is paid, we will happily update the credit
report to show it is paid in full

On April 10th, all of Ms*** balance were combined into one account It appears that Ms*** desired resolution has already been completed Not sure how we can be more clear that we did exactly what she asked for

*** *** paid the accounts off on We notified the credit bureaus of each payment and that each account is paid as of If the accounts are reflecting a balance, all *** *** needs to do is dispute the account with the credit bureau's and we can verify that the
balance has been paid in full However, his demand is that the derogatory account needs to be removed Sometimes, different terms mean different things In this case, we take his word removed to mean completely deleted from his credit That cannot happen We are required to report true and accurate information That information is, *** *** had accounts enter collections in 01/ He didn't pay them until 3/ We have reported them as paid to the credit bureaus Again, if they don't reflect paid, with a dispute through the credit bureau's, we can confirm they are paid, but they will not be removed You will see from the attachment that we reported them last on 3.31.14, after the payment

*** *** was given the opportunity to provide a SASE and we would have gladly mailed her a list of all her payments so she could review them However, we have attached them here to help explain why we have a balance outstanding That being said, her total balance at the beginning was
$787.88, which we both agree about Too date, she has paid $ However, of those payments, $was applied to accounts at** ** that were not in system Therefore, her payments to us total $ The attached report however only shows payments totaling $as $was just received in the mail as I am responding After posting the $15.22, she will owe $ Our report will show the date we posted it and the check # used Today's check # is and once *** *** can identify the missing check, we are happy to review However, looking at the payment history attached, you will see bi-weekly payments being posted starting (similar to her date given) and then until present Just counting, that would be payments payments at $= $ Add in the $and you get $ Add in the $and you get $ Subtract the $that was applied to accounts not with Meade and you get $ That leaves her with a $balance. Her other issue was that she asked for *** and was not connected In looking at the time of the call when it took place, *** was at lunch and unavailable She asked if he was there and was told no and never asked to leave a message or have *** return the call Could our staff have offered to take a message, absolutely and we have addressed that with them *** does have a voicemail and by calling 614.436.6160, if *** is not available, *** *** can be transferred to his voicemail where he will return the call at his convenience

First, our apologies if *** *** feels our office was rude to him He has continually told us these accounts are not his, but has failed to follow through with the requested information to allow us to process, and if correct, delete from his credit report He first told us this was
fraud on 4.2.13, claiming it was his ex-wife He told us then he would look into getting the necessary paperwork He called in on and said he would pay them if we agreed to delete from the credit report We cannot do that, and he said he will get the necessary paperwork to get them removed from his credit The same conversation took place on We find it interesting that *** *** would offer to pay for something that isn't his when we have clearly provided direction on how to properly handle the situation If these checks are truly fraudulent, then we need to proper paperwork, a bank affidavit of forgery and a copy of the police report Once we have that, we will review the paperwork and if it is fraud, we will gladly delete it, but without the paperwork, we cannot just take his word Conversely, if the balance is paid, we will update the credit report to show the balance is paid in full

*** *** still has a $balance Allow us to explain We took her comment stating she owes $from the notice she says she received which was dated The letter she attached is dated stating she owes $ If you look at the payment history, both from us and from her, you can see she sent her first payment and we posted it The difference of the $is simply that a letter went out, she made a payment and a second letter went out If trying to base the $in payments (which both sides agree on) on the letter, that is incorrect It needs to be based on the notice *** *** still has a balance due of $and until that is paid, we cannot report that the particular account with the balance is paid in full

On April 10th, all of Ms*** balance were combined into one account. It appears that Ms*** desired resolution has already been completed

Their response stated "That being said, her total balance at the beginning was $787.88, which we both agree about. Too date, she has paid $812.88. However, of those payments, $50 was applied to accounts at [redacted] that were not in system. Therefore, her payments to us total $762.88. " Attached notice from Meade stating my balance to them in the beginning is 762.88 not 787.88 as stated in their repsonse.  I do not agree with beiginning balance owed. According to their records submitted, I have paid the balance due of 762.88.  I would like a receipt stating balance paid in full and credit report refelcting the balance paid in full.

[redacted]

Ms. [redacted] is false in stating that we "refuse to contact the credit bureaus and request that the outstanding collections bill be removed".  We did this back on 8.5.2016.  Attached is screen shot 1 which shows the current reporting status of the account which is R.  That R was updated...

on 8.5.2016 which is shown as well.  Screen shot 2 shows what the R means.  An account updates to R after being reported as a D which is also explained.  As we attempted to explain to Ms. [redacted] on the 19th when she spoke very negatively about our organization, she needs to file a consumer dispute with the credit bureaus.  They will seek to confirm the account and we will confirm that we asked that it be removed back in August 2016 and that it needs to be removed.

As the account started in 2011, we will provide a quick recap based on all notes.  We notified her of the balance the end of July 2011.  We her up $5 a month on in August 2011.  She has missed payments from time to time but we have allowed her to continue to make payments.  In...

March 2012 she accused us of taking money out of her account but she had been at the time paying only by money order so we had no account information, and even since then, we have not attempted to take money from her account. Though out the years, we randomly follow up with her as she had missed a payment and to remind her of it.  In August 2012 she told us to stop calling to remind her and then in December 2012 she called to tell us it was okay to call and remind her as we had sent a letter as she missed November 2012.  We then had to follow up with her in Oct 2013 as she missed the September payment.  We then didn't have to follow up with her until 12.1.15 this year as we hadn't received the November payment (we we received an posted that afternoon).  She then told us she wanted information from us on 12.3.2015 which we had to gather and we provided that to her via mail on 12.23.2015.  It appears she jumped the gun in filling this.  There was no conversation with her in December 2011 as alleged.  We are unsure how a problem could have occurred in June 2011 as we didn't get the account until July.  What she is asking for here is less than she asked for in her letter.  Had she simply asked for a payment history, we could have provided that within a few days time but she asked for a "full history" (which she didn't expand upon to explain what she meant) so we assumed she wanted a copy of the original bill which needed to be pulled from storage. Based on her request here, I have attached her payment history to further solve the "problem".

First, our apologies for the delay in responding.  Mr. [redacted] first responded to our efforts on 9.3.2015 after nearly 7 months of our trying to reach him by placing 27 phone calls to him at the # listed in the complaint.  We also sent him a noticed which garnered no response.  He now...

alleges that we "will not even review the statement....".  The first time he told us this was again, on 9.3.2015 when he was told, perfect, fax over the paperwork and we will review it with our client.  It appears that when he began speaking with a supervisor later in the call, he became abusive to our staff.  With all that being said, we have not contacted him since.  We confirmed with our client that they wrote the balance off due to HCAP and we have closed the account.  That will result in the account being removed from collections and removed from his credit report.

issue not resolved

There are a few allegations in this complaint.  We will address each. First, the alleged duplicate accounts.  We actually have 2 accounts, for the same balance for two different patients for which [redacted] is responsible.  Therefore, why appearing to be the same, they are actually...

different ([redacted] & [redacted]).  The second is that the debt is included in the bankruptcy.  We have received no bankruptcy information and this is the first we are hearing about it.  However, we are able to call a bankruptcy hotline for status information.  In doing so, we found that [redacted] filed in 1.28.2012 as a Chapter 13, and then on 11.5.2012, converted it to a chapter 7.  These debts were incurred after the filing date with dates of service as 11.28.2012.  Therefore, we would need to see paperwork showing that these bills were included.  Once we receive that, we will updated her credit report to reflect that they were included in a bankruptcy.  However, at this time, we cannot cancel them as such as the dates do not align to show they were included.  [redacted] can attach a schedule F of credits showing that they were included to this complaint, or it can be faxed to ###-###-####.
