Seneca Mortgage has still not applied all of my payment to them appropriately & my principal is not at the correct amountIn their letter they discuss my split payments to the previous lender, which I discuss and resolved with that lender prior to Seneca taking over my accountThere are now payment corrections on my account and the principal was corrected back to $200K when the amount Seneca took over was only $197,908.32. My principal balance should be $196,& my account should be current with no late fees or negative reports on my credit history.These are the payments I have made and need credit for:$1,made on 9/28/to former lender *** ***$1,payment made by *** (my equity accelerator program) for November$payment made by *** (my equity accelerator program) for DecemberI can't see what they have received from *** for January but it should be around if not more than the $1,made by *** in December. My principal also needs to be adjusted appropriately. I have faxed and emailed the attached documentation to Seneca on 12.8.15, these fourteen pages outline my payments & bank statements to support my claims of the miss allocation of my funds as well as the starting principle Seneca Mortgage took over 10.1.15.

I talked to a replast week and he then told me all my mail came back to sender from P.O.! He was the only person to ever tell me this, everybody else just blames and insinuates!!!!!! Of all the people I talked to, he was the only person that made sense and cared about my case, He told me straight, that he probably was the only person that I will talk to that cares!! Seneca failed to respond to the problem of reaching a live customer service representative through the automated call system. No email address listed on mortgage statement for communication.Also, the amount due is incorrect. Seneca disbursed $and received $2823.60, $and $for a balance of $1119.94, not $as stated in their responseSeneca did not address the fact their letter of 3-21-gave me days to respond. They gave me zero days before they set up the illegal escrow fund. This could've been resolved very easily without the fiasco they created
