We are writing in response to the complaint filed by *** K *** on November 18,2015.After review of the loan, it has been determined that the servicing of the loan transferred to SenecaMortgage Servicing LLC from Academy Mortgage, effective When the loan transferred to Seneca,the loan

On 2/11/15 I contacted Seneca requesting my General Warranty Deed since I had already paid my mortgage in full.   [redacted] replied to me stating it would take from 30 to 45 days.  Please see attached document.  The responce from Seneca states, "When you paid off your loan, we filed a release of lien...Attached is a copy..."  I paid my mortgage before 02/11/15; the release of lien was filed on 04/24/15 and I am not in receipt of the original.  Also, Seneca's response states that "The General Warranty Deed is something that you [I] would have received from the seller when you [I] purchased the property."  The fact is that I did not purchase the property from a "seller".  I built this house using a construction loan from a local bank who sold the account to a mortgage company.  In turn that mortgage company sold the loan to Seneca.  The fact is that Seneca has inherited all the original responsibilities inherent to the original construction loan.  I, on the other, hand have complied with the responsibility of paying the loan in full and now Seneca is last in line as mortgage holder.  Please see attached document verifying I was supposed to get GWD from Seneca withing 45 days from 02/11/15.
