Dear Ms***, SeneGence received Ms [redacted] complaint# [redacted] on 5/13/from the Revdex.comSeneGence began handling this issue upon the complaint being received and continued working on the issue through 5/19/Prior to the Revdex.com complaint, SeneGence SeneCare Department had issued refunds on items Ms [redacted] requested that were on Back OrderOn 5/19/17, upon investigating the matter, SeneGence Legal Department noted that refunds were issued to order # [redacted] [5/13/17] and # [redacted] [5/13/17], as per requested by the distributorIn regards to order # [redacted] , SeneGence issued a SeneBucks adjustment on 4/11/As per requested refund items regarding product on back order items, the distributor’s matter should be resolvedUpon further investigation regarding a tax discrepancy, SeneGence adjusted the tax as soon as the issue arose and upon notification on the discrepancyWe apologize for the inconvenienceThis discrepancy was due to a system error that has been since fixedIn order to settle the amount that was overpaid, SeneGence Legal Department has sent the amount overpaid for review and the amount overpaid will be issued to the distributor In regards to the beauty books, it is unfortunate that the order occurred so close to the new editions coming outSeneGence Legal Department has reviewed the matter and will be issuing a one-time refund for the itemAs of 5/19/17, SeneGence Legal Department sent the request to the Accounting Department to refund the itemIn sum, SeneGence has been made aware of this issue and has confirmed that the issue has been addressed as of 5/19/Thank you for assisting and bringing this to our attention Warm Regards,SeneGence Legal Department

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below On Monday, July 17, 2017, SeneGence attempted to contact me several times All emails that had attachments, or that were more than a single-line reply, bounced This prevented me from being able to provide them with the requested documents, and now they have "closed" this issue with zero customer support No solution to this matter was proposed on the part of SeneGence.Whilst distributors are independent, they agree to conduct business in an ethical manner when they sign on to be a representative of SeneGence This has not happened.If SeneGence does not wish to facilitate the resolving of bad customer service from their distributors, then it would seem that the last recourse is to leave a review reflective of their decision Regards, [redacted] ***

Dear Ms***,Thank you for your patience on the matterI personally looked further into your matterI reached out to the SeneGence Accounting Department and noted that there was a refund processed on 6/12/and settled by 6/13/to the credit card used on file [VISA card ending in ***]
Per notes on the matter, according to the Accounting Department, in addition to the refund already issued, you also placed a chargeback on the original sale with your bank for the full amountThe Accounting Department confirmed that you received the refund plus the chargeback amount.In regards to the chargeback, I believe this is what you are referring to when you state “Senegence informed the bank that a refund would not be issued and the back took back that credit.” This is because the Accounting Department has disputed the chargeback with the bank and will be receiving the additional amount back as the refund was already issued on 6/12/17.Unfortunately, the tax, shipping and handling are costs that are non-refundableBecause the sikit is a taxable item and shipping and handling goes into sending the item to you, those costs are non-refundableThese prices change according to the respective jurisdiction one is in. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and understand your frustrationWe strive to do the right thing and in the process issued your refund. Dear Ms***,SeneGence received Ms***’s complaint# *** on 11/22/from the Revdex.comSeneGence began handling this matter upon it being received and continued working on the issue through 12/1/17. Upon receiving the Revdex.com complaint, SeneGence Legal Department contacted Ms***
directly to confirm the name of the SeneGence Distributor who sold her the product she wished to return and/or to obtain her money-back. In sum, SeneGence Legal Department is working directly with Ms*** to come to a resolve on this matterOnce all information is confirmed, Ms*** will be refunded the amount she paid for the product. On February 16, 2017, a member of our SeneCare Department called Ms*** about her backorder itemsThe SeneCare Department was able to fulfill the backorder items and put them on a "rush" basisMs*** should receive her products by February 24, Ms*** expressed her satisfaction to

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Only half of my complaint was resolved and the company's response to my being pleased with their service is also inaccurateYes, I did receive my backordered itemsBut I never got a response on how the company is going to handle allowing distributors to order products at a discountIt's impossible to order at even a 40% discount when only out of 70+ colors are in stockWith this structure, the distributors are taking the hit for the company's downfallsTo order a color that comes back in stock you have to place individual orders each day because the color will go back out of stock too quicklyTherefore, each distributor must pay shipping and handling fee several times a week just to add a few colors to their stockAnd it makes it hard to meet the qualifications for 40% and 50% off with nothing to buyAlso, issues with shipping times were never resolvedPolicies need to be changed to help distributors while the company gets their act together

This has been their stock since NovemberOne can not sell a product that is not available They say you have to sell a certain % in order to get the distributor priceYou can't sell enough to get it because there is not enough productDuring the biggest sales months I lost commission from a downline because they could not sell as wellI think I should get the average commission for those months since it was due to their inability to full fill orders
