I apologize that I did not see this space provided when I first rejected the initial response to my complaint I did immediately email the Compliance Department with my reasons but I guess that never made it to wherever it needed to go Below is my response explaining why I rejected the response made by SeneGence International Hello…..If this is not the correct email to be sending this to, please forward I am hoping that Compliance is the same as the Legal Department I am writing in regards to a complaint that I filed with the Revdex.com to resolve some issues While I am sorely disappointed that despite my many attempts, these issues could not be resolved directly with Senegence and I needed to resort to the Revdex.com to get resolution, I am grateful that they have been somewhat resolved The matters that have been resolved have not been entirely to my satisfaction and as a result I am now stuck with some product that I no longer needed and had expressed numerous times that a refund is what was requested and according to your own policy, is what I was entitled to I will just move on with that and put that part of the matter to bed.Today I rejected the resolution with the Revdex.com I did not see an area on the form to express WHY I am unhappy with the resolution so I have decided to reach out to Senegence directly in the hopes that you will finally make this right I have still not received a refund on the NJ sales tax that was overcharged on my first few orders ADDITIONALLY, an area that I am not at all happy with and that I do believe is illegal, and if not illegal is at least unethical and bad business practices…..is that when you do a refund you neglect to refund the sales tax This has happened to me on TWO occasions I received Senebucks for a ‘refund’ on Diamond Kiss Gloss from RMA #*** I received only $ You already collected sales tax and now when I go to repurchase merchandise, I am going to have to pay the sales tax again In addition, when you refunded the money for the Beauty Books to my credit card, you also neglected to refund the sales tax I have another RMA outstanding that should be settled soon and I would also like the sales tax refunded on that I understand you have changed RMA policy and it will returned to me in Senebucks I do not appreciate the NJ Sales Tax being charged to me TWICE on the same item I have never in my life had a store or company not refund sales tax It seems like shady business practices So, please refund me the amount of my Sales Tax on all refunds To summarize, that would be the tax on the $for the RMA’d Diamond Kiss Gloss The Sales tax on the $refunded to me for the beauty books and also the sales tax on the RMA that is still outstanding #***.MORE IMPORTANTLY, I think Senegence needs to change this policy COMPANY WIDE! I don’t like it that my fellow SeneSisters are also being robbed of their sales tax when items are RMA’d Many of them are paying a much higher sales tax than I am in my state and this can add up to a lot of money for them It also adds up to a lot of extra income for Senegence that is not EARNED income I think you should be making your money honestly….from sales and not from keeping sales tax that rightfully belongs to the distributors ??*** ***Independent Distributor #***

I was given my money back initially but was charged AGAIN! There is currently $55.00 taken out of my account by SeneGence. How can I resolve this when SeneGence will not return any of my calls?

Consumer complaint #[redacted] was resolved today when the companyfinally sent me the product paid for 3/7/17. Thank you!

SeneGence, in their complete disorganization, is referring to a separate incident in which I had to dispute charges with my credit card company in order to get them to send me orders they had owed me for. I waited over a month for SeneGence to send me items I had ordered and wondered if I would ever see product. That issue HAS since been resolved but has nothing to do with the Senebucks/credit issue that is detailed in this particular complaint.

SeneGence began handling this matter upon the complaint being received and continued working on the matter through 5/25/17. After reviewing the request for refund, on 5/25/17, SeneGence Legal...

Department sent the request for refund for the distributor’s sign-up fee to the Accounting Department to issue Ms. [redacted] refund. Regarding Ms. [redacted] request to continue the 50% off when items are back in stock, this has been sent to the SeneCare department to review. In sum, SeneGence has been made aware of this matter and has confirmed that the matter has been addressed as of 5/25/17. Dear Ms. [redacted], SeneGence received Ms. [redacted] complaint# [redacted] on 5/13/17 from the Revdex.com. SeneGence began handling this issue upon the complaint being received and continued working on the issue through 5/19/17. Prior to the Revdex.com complaint, SeneGence SeneCare Department had issued refunds on...

items Ms. [redacted] requested that were on Back Order. On 5/19/17, upon investigating the matter, SeneGence Legal Department noted that refunds were issued to order #[redacted] [5/13/17] and #[redacted] [5/13/17], as per requested by the distributor. In regards to order # [redacted], SeneGence issued a SeneBucks adjustment on 4/11/17. As per requested refund items regarding product on back order items, the distributor’s matter should be resolved. Upon further investigation regarding a tax discrepancy, SeneGence adjusted the tax as soon as the issue arose and upon notification on the discrepancy. We apologize for the inconvenience. This discrepancy was due to a system error that has been since fixed. In order to settle the amount that was overpaid, SeneGence Legal Department has sent the amount overpaid for review and the amount overpaid will be issued to the distributor.  In regards to the beauty books, it is unfortunate that the order occurred so close to the new editions coming out. SeneGence Legal Department has reviewed the matter and will be issuing a one-time refund for the item. As of 5/19/17, SeneGence Legal Department sent the request to the Accounting Department to refund the item. In sum, SeneGence has been made aware of this issue and has confirmed that the issue has been addressed as of 5/19/17. I know I have had the site for seven montsh brom it.  But I have been lied to that product was going to be in stock.    I havent benefit  any sales from the site because of it.  I may have go one or two but I should have gotten more.  If Even people looked at the product, ythey couldnt order and that didnt not benefit me.  I had someone sign up but she was totally worthless because there was nothing she wanted to order.  I begged her not to qui and she place a "I'll do it this time order"  and got things she really didnt want just to stay active.  She wasnt able to order in  6 months.  Thats really sad.  So I would still like a full refund because I have been deceived.  Also I requested this months ago and have been ignored.  Couldnt get thru on the phone..Etc.  They know this it true because others have had the same complaints and I understand they have had tons of new representatives quit.  IT was impossible to sell this product thru a party setting when you cant get the  product.  I opened product for samples as people wanted to try  them thinking product was going to be available any day and It never came.  The reason I want ithe total cost is because I was lied to.  The site started being worthless in the middle of December and I was told ..hang in there, its coming .over and over.  If I had known the truth..I wouldnt have got it in the first place.   The best I would agree to is I owe for one month.  since thats all I benefitted f Just a note:  The site is the ugliest site I have ever seen.   Its not attractive to anyone including me.  Its  so ugly, its embarrassing and this is a beauty company.  There is no excuse for that..I dont know why they would approve something that looks this bad in the first place.  Sincerely, [redacted] Pass [redacted]

Distributor No. [redacted]) voluntarily cancelled her distributorship on March 1, 2017, and a refund was processed on March 16, 2017. This person has received their money back.

discrepancies with Ms. [redacted], by providing her with an agreed refund of $325.00. For your information, Ms. [redacted] was an Independent Distributor of our products, not a true consumer. Dear Sir or Madam:Prior to receipt of Ms. [redacted] complaint to the Revdex.com, we had not received a request form Ms. [redacted], nor do we show any such request in our records, for reimbursement of her sign-up fee ($55.00).We have made several efforts to contact Ms. [redacted] regarding her request for refund...

of her $55.00 sign-up fee. However she has hung up on our customer care representative in some cases and failed to respond to voice mail messages left in others.We have therefore simply refunded her fee ($55.00) and cancelled her Distributorship, as requested.As for her request for lost sales. SeneGence has struggled recently with available product, due to unexpected and very significant growth, which in turn has increased demand for our product. That increased demand has resulted in out of stock circumstances which we are striving to reverse as fast as possible. Nevertheless, we do not guarantee either availability to, nor the sales of, our Independent Distributors; although as mentioned above we strive very hard to supply and support them.
