Tell us why hereRevdex.com, I believe that I should receive some type of compensation for damage and loss of my household itemsIf Hercules is refusing to refund my money for unsatisfactory services, I would like for them to cover the loss of my large fruit bowl made in Italy (wedding gift), cover the cost of large baking dish and casserole dish, drinking glasses (approximately 4-6), flatware (part of a set), can opener, plates and bowls and perhaps a few other items that do not come to mindI believe $would cover the expense of these itemsThank you for your assistance regarding this matter[redacted] ***

My response: I again reiterate that the value of the lost items is $- items that were lost while in Hercules' possession - a moving job that Hercules was hired to conduct, with guarantee/insurance that any items lost or damaged while in the company's possession would be fully covered Continually, throughout this entire ordeal, we have followed up weekly and sometimes daily (often multiple times a day) to attempt to have a discussion with the Company (owner Ron) regarding these matters and to come to a mutual resolutionThey have avoided having a discussion with us and have refused to call us backThe $offered via Hercules' response to our Revdex.com complaint does not compensate us for the value of the missing property that was lost while in Hercules' careWe again request reimbursement of $600, the total value of the lost property Regards, [redacted] ***

I meet with the customer on 10/21/We are sending a repair company out to repair the furniture and floor

I still do not accept responsibility for the damage that was done to the deskThat being said in order to resolve this dispute I am will to deduct $off the move

Enclosed are copies of the move into and out of storageOn the right hand side of the invoice you will notice a disclaimer/waiver signed by the customerThis says we can not be held responsible for items moved into or out off storage because we have no control of these items while they are in
storageAlso, under were the customer signed it states all goods were received in good order except were notedCustomer did not note anything on the invoiceI also find it *** that the total of what the customer is claiming what is lost is the total of the cost for both movesThere is no coverage for lost or damaged items under these circumstances

On 8/the move was scheduled between 1-pmThe office was in contact with the customer that the crew would be running a little lateThe crew arrived at 4:pm, hour and minutes passed our estimated arrival time of o'clock to o'clockAt the load it was a very long carry outside, up to
a second floor and down another long hallwayMy men did not drink on the jobMy men do smoke but were not asked to not smoke near the back of the truckAttached is a copy of the job ticket that states "I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the time shown above is correct and that the goods were received in good order except as noted." If the customer had problems with the times they should have discussed it with the driver before signing and paying for the moveIn one complaint, copy attached, the customer is requesting a $refundIn this complaint they are wanting $I am confusedI am willing to offer them a minute, $45, refund in order to settle this
