Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined...

that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The response (below) from the business is false.  He is not waiting to hear back from me, as I explicitly made that clear on the phone on 1 Mar/16.Mr. H[redacted] did not speak with me on Feb. 24th.  I have spoken with Mr. H[redacted] two times: 27 Jan/16 and 1 Mar/16.  On 27 Jan/16, Mr. H[redacted] called me and asked me to fill out his insurance claim form.  5  weeks later (after many request to speak with him), he called me on the morning of 1 Mar/16 to inform me he would not submit the claim for to his insurance, he denied responsibility for the theft/missing item, and told me there is nothing he would do.  Only after I told him I saw no other way forward but to seek remedy in the courts, and asked him if he would prefer any other resolution, he said "i could offer you $200".  I immediately rejected that, considering the claim was for ~$600, and told him I would not accept that, and would proceed accordingly. His statement below, about speaking with me on Feb. 24th and offering $100 to resolve the claim, is false.More importantly, he is not waiting to hear back from me, as I explicitly made that clear on the phone on 1 Mar/16.MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:
I talked to Mr. [redacted] on Feb. 24th and offered him $100 to resolve this
claim. I am still waiting to hear back from him. If this is agreeable
please let me know.
Regards,
[redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Response from Hercules Moving & Storage: “I will be will to go to $150 to resolve this claim. This is my final offer. Please let me know if this is agreeable” My response: I again reiterate that the value of the lost items is $600 - items that were lost while in Hercules' possession - a moving job that Hercules was hired to conduct, with guarantee/insurance that any items lost or damaged while in the company's possession would be fully covered. They have avoided having a discussion with us and have refused to call us back. The $150 offered via Hercules' response to our Revdex.com complaint does not compensate us for the value of the missing property that was lost while in Hercules' care. We again request reimbursement of $600, the total value of the lost property.   To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to the Revdex.com view on this matter.  Regards,[redacted]

Check # [redacted] for the amount of $50.00 is being mailed out today.

Regards,
[redacted] ---Hello, I’ve tried to respond through the Revdex.com complaint hub twice and have received error messages both times. Please find attached documentation for repair to our damaged desk door.  The cost for repair is $340.  This does not include transportation cost of the door.  This would have been $160 by the shop.  I transported the door myself and would like fair re-imbursement for this cost.  This is calculated at $47.08.  The total for repair and associated transportation costs are $387.08.  The amount "owed" to Hercules-Moving is $270.  The difference is $117.08 owed to us.  At a minimum Hercules owes us $70 for the damage above the moving cost.  I am respectfully asking for the related transportation cost to be included as well. Please be advised we did not discover the damage until after the movers had left.  When I opened the door it practically fell onto the ground because the damage had been done at the hinge.  Presumably this happened when the movers tilted the desk and the door swung open.  The movers were fully aware of the damage they had done as they have admitted as such to the owner.  They did not disclose this information to us.  At no time prior to the movers leaving were we aware of the damage.  Therefore, because they had full knowledge of the damage they had caused, and chose not to disclose the matter, any agreement or signature begotten at that time would have been done under deceptive pretenses.

Enclosed is a copy of the back of your invoice, Advise of Coverage, refer to the heading "Limitations" item #4. Based on $2.50 per pound for Actual Cash or Depreciated Value, or $5.00 per pound for Replacement Cost Value. My offer of $150 is more than fair. Again this is my final offer.

MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:
“As previously sent, on the back of the invoice, Advise of Coverage, refer again to the heading "Limitations" item #4. Based on $2.50 per pound for Actual Cash or Depreciated Value, or $5.00 per pound for replacement Cost Value. My offer of $150 is more than fair. Once again, this is my final offer.”
Attached are the receipts that document the pricing of the items that need to be replaced. Note that these receipts were previously sent over to Hercules by the Revdex.com on April 5th, 2016. Please note that we do not have a receipt for the safe as this was a gift from my parents. They had stated this cost $50.00.
In regards to the contract, I spoke with [redacted] at [redacted] and she stated: Since the contract with Hercules has nothing checked Hercules is responsible for paying the replacement cost of the items. The total replacement cost is $650: $600 for the [redacted] set (as shown in the receipts provided) plus $50 for the safe. I expect to be reimbursed for the full amount of $650 by Hercules.
Regards,
[redacted]

I meet with the customer on 10/21/2015. We are sending a repair company out to repair the furniture and floor.

Before and after photos.

We sent [redacted] a check #1700 for the amount of $130.00 for the cost of the speaker on 6/6/16.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Response from Hercules Moving & Storage:  "I do not know what happen to the their items. There was nothing left on the truck, we checked with the 2nd job and the items where not left there either. I do not believe my employees stole these items either, both men have been with the company for more than 5 years. In order to try to resolve this I am willing to offer them $100.00 for their missing items."
My response:  I again reiterate that the value of the lost items is $600 - items that were lost while in Hercules' possession - a moving job that Hercules was hired to conduct, with guarantee/insurance that any items lost or damaged while in the company's possession would be fully covered.  Continually, throughout this entire ordeal, we have followed up weekly and sometimes daily (often multiple times a day) to attempt to have a discussion with the Company (owner Ron) regarding these matters and to come to a mutual resolution. They have avoided having a discussion with us and have refused to call us back. The $100 offered via Hercules' response to our Revdex.com complaint does not compensate us for the value of the missing property that was lost while in Hercules' care. We again request reimbursement of $600, the total value of the lost property.
Regards,
[redacted]

I am willing to offer you $100.00 in order to resolve this issue. There was a family member at the back of the truck when the job was completed and could see there was nothing left on the truck. Also, we need to see a receipt that this was a new tv.

I will be will to go to $150 to resolve this claim. This is my final offer. Please let me know if this is agreeable.

As per your email sent on 11/15, I will agree to pay the $95.00 diagnostic fee in order to try to resolve this.
