The Serta licensed provider of office chairs informed us today that the customer’s new chair is shipping out today and I emailed him the tracking earlier this morning

This order and customer’s previous order was canceled on 2/6/17.? We have been waiting for pick up since the order has been cancelledOur delivery company MXD and our customer service has called and left messages many times, however, Ms [redacted] has never responded.? We would be happy to provide outbound records for call if required as all of our calls are recorded and documentedPick up of the mattress finally occurred 3/3/and we will be processing the refund for the mattress in full including fees on 3/6/17.? We recommend she contact her bank to see if the refund was processed in business days.? She had also reached out to Serta regarding her pillow and was not happy with the comfort level.? Unfortunately in accordance with our policies we cannot accept accessories such as pillow after they have been opened and used.? We will not be able to refund the amount for the pillows ?

I also expect better quality from SERTA, [redacted] did not make the mattress, this is a defect in this mattress this is my second one and there are numerous complaints on the web about this mattress and air pockets with lumps and waves formingI expect you SERTA to also help in this matter as soon as possibleYou need to contact [redacted] at the [redacted] store.? First, one of the things he told me was that he didn't think my body had adjusted to a foam mattress, since I had slept my entire life on inner springs mattresses? If this is even a possibility, then why wasn't I warned about this before I even made this purchase? ? Because I assure you, if I had been warned, I would NEVER have even considered this mattress as a possibility.Second, he referred to the mattress sagging as comfort? A mattress that doesn't support you properly has a medical issue and has nothing whatsoever to do with whether or not it's firm or plush? This is how you twist words when you want to be dishonest.Third, it has never been explained to me why a pound bowling ball placed on the side I slept on, vs the side that hasn't been slept on, sags over full inch into the mattress, and this, after only months? Considering how fast this has occurred, I'd say if you could sleep on it for just years of the year warranty, that you'd be laying directly on top of the box springs? But of course, when you get off the mattress, as long as it returns to normal, then hey, there's no problem!I'll make you a deal? You keep my $and I'll let you give an account of your actions on Judgment Day? You're going to have as good a chance then, as I've had of trying to deal with a reputable company? ZERO!!! There is a process to resolve, we will not straight away replace a mattress without the information to validate either delivery damage or a warranty issue.? This Twin size mattress was inspected and found to have no measurable impressionsA large stain in the center of the mattress was also present, stains may invalidate the warranty due to liquid damaging the foam layers belowSerta Customer Service will call you to further discuss your complaint

I have reached out to [redacted] to get their inspection results.? Stains may affect the validity of the warranty, it depends of the type of stain, if liquid in nature it could affect the foam layers below the surface.? I also need to understand if the impression measurements show a defectBecause comfort? is an individuals determination; comfort in itself is not covered by the warranty as a defectBoth [redacted] and Serta support the warranty as writtenWe will review [redacted] assessment to make sure the warranty was followedThanks for you patience
