*** came to give us an energy audit and explain programs to help us buy a new furnace and air conditioner He was on time and introduced himself as soon as he came in the doorHe was extremely knowledgeable about various energy efficiency programs and answered all our questionsHe was able to have a new furnace and air conditioning system installed for us the very next day!

I had a new heating and air conditioner installed in our home It was completely done in day The service technicians were very professional Plastic was put down so the floors wouldn't get dirty or damaged and they cleaned everything up They went above and beyond what I expected I would recommend Service Champions to anyone needing heating and air service

*** *** and his partner *** *** showed up at my home right on time, from there they got to work on my problem which was the unit was not coming on,they tried everything to figure out the problem and putting up with my questions.After about three hours and trying to put a new thermostat in they finally found a broken wire ,repaired it replaced the old thermostat and fired it up.They were very professional and courteous.I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone

This was my first experience with Service Champions, and I couldn't be more pleased with the resultsI really wanted to make myself feel better by doing a tune up on a system that had been neglected for many yearsService Champions sent *** out to my home to review options on a new system, and review the findings from my inspectionThat evening I tried to cancel my appointment as I was stressed it would be a high pressure sales call, and found it was anything but thatI actually stopped *** at his car to let him know I tried to cancel the appointmentAfter speaking with him, and his "There is no problem" attitude, I am simply here to help in any possible way I can, to come up with a game plan to help you, I felt so comfortable with him I decided to have him stayHe knows his stuff and great at explaining things in a manner that I could fully understand*** was simply amazingVery informative, NEVER pushy at all, which was my biggest concernHe made me feel like family and really wanted to know how to help my situation out, and wanted to work with my budget and concernsMy attic and ducting are scary and awfully pathetic as the home hasn't had any upgrades for well over years*** was so patient in creating a game plan to make this project a reality, and make sure I got what I needed, nothing more and nothing lessI will for sure refer *** to anyone who asksI have already referred him to my daughter!!
