I found *** represented Service Champions in an outstanding manner He was on time and very curteous when we met He conducted a Home Performance Test on my house He explained exactly what the test consisted of and how he would be conducting it He then spent about an hour and one half conducting the testWhen finished, he explained everything in detail and made sure I understood what had been done, the results, and what steps I could take to improve the efficiency of my heating and air conditioning system He was very neat and left no sign that he had been working in some very dusty areas of my house I would definately recommend Mr *** and Service Champions for similar work

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to speak with our General Manager, ***, of our Pleasanton centerAs discussed with ***, our technician stated at your November 28th appointment that the gas valve was bad
and that it needed to be replaced, which we proceeded to do so for you at a follow up appointmentThis gas valve is the reason why your home was not getting to the desired temperature within a reasonable time frame, as you had discussed with one of our phone representatives on November 27thWe do understand that you feel that we are responsible for the gas valve not working, as the system was at least heating the home before we went to the home for the furnace tune up
We want to resolve this matter with you, regardless of who may be at faultThat being said, *** will refund all of the funds that you have paid for the gas valve repair as well as the tune up cost for any inconvenience we may have caused
Per the conversation with ***, you had stated that you were not satisfied with the full and complete refund and that you are requesting for us to provide you with an additional $We are respectfully declining the additional $that you are requesting, as we are already refunding the entire cost of the tune up ($78) as well as the gas valve repair ($652) totaling $being refunded to you

ProfesionalKnowlegeableEfficientClean work Andreas and his partner *** install two units, the AC and the heating unit in one dayThey knew what they were doing They also checked with us often letting us know how the instalation was goingWhile they checked the vents they didn t force it open to see if the vents are properly sealed *** just figured out the vents are silicone sealed and didn't remove themThey made sure we did not need a paint job also after they finished :) I would definitely recommend them

What a wonderful experience! *** *** serviced both heat and air conditioner for me He was very knowledgeable and experienced He explained and showed me all about my units I was so pleased, I signed up to have our other property serviced It was a pleasure to do business I will be telling everyone that this service is highly recommended

I have been doing business with this company for years and have had nothing but great experiences My experience with their service technician *** *** was no exception He arrived on time, his appearance and demeanor made an extremely favorable impression, he put his protective booties on at the door before stepping inside, he was very pleasant and efficient, he explained things to me as he worked, and made suggestions for ways that I could improve my home's comfort and energy efficiency I know that is his job, but he did it with professionalism and polish I do not hesitate to recommend Service Champions for home heating and air conditioning needs I wouldn't consider using anyone else

The tech was very clear on his thorough inspectionHe actually crawled under the house to check the insulation and ducts and the attic to check insulation and the returnsI was completely satisfied with his work

*** were awesome They arrived, tackled the problem, and there were speed bumps getting their venting supplies into the crawlspace, and never stopped until they had accomplished the entire job, including clean-up *** even agreed to ride along to the hardware store with the "crazy lady" to secure the appropriate part from the local hardware store to complete their installation in a very timely manner This was definitely above and beyond the line of duty They were a five star team from the get-go!
