Absolutely was the best all around company I have ever worked with They actually priced me a unit the was smaller than the one they were replacing even though the other quotes were just keeping everything the same My unit was only yrs old and was to big in the first place My husband is an engineer and was very impressed at the explanation of the load calculator and letting us know why we need to change We received text with pictures of the techs coming out so you know exactly who was showing up I would recommend them to anyone and when my upstairs unit finally goes I will only call them instead of getting several quotes like the last time

These guys are the biggest ripoffs I have seen in years in the construction business They want to charge $to snake a drain line Seriously!? They dont give you a straight answer to a straight question Everything is blablabla fill out a report--dont call them because you will not get a fair price--shame on them
We contracted a time of to pm for Corley Plumbing to come to our home to do workNo call, No showI called the service to ask why we couldn't even get a courtesy call sense they wasted and a half hours of our livesThe person put me on hold and then said they called us and we didn't have an answering machine We do have an answering machine, and I checked our caller IDThere was NO CALL! This is yet another business that participates in making this a miserable place to live! If you value your time! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Buyer beware is key to working with Companies like Corley I was trying to get service on my tankless hot water heater I was told there would be an initial service charge of $which was ok with me He spent an hour looking at the unit to determine the same thing I had already figured out The unit was not firing Simple problem for any device like this Either no spark or no gas I did this in less than the minutes I looked at it before he came to the house We were then informed that a full diagnostics would be required at a cost of $plus the initial $before he could proceed with any further This did not include parts or labor to repair the unit Another option they offered was a full replacement for $ This was for a new more efficient unit After all my unit was years old and only 84% efficient This was not acceptable to me I called another company He suggested as I had already concluded that the igniter was not working I ordered the part directly from the company that built the unit The price was $for the replacement part I am sure the technician would have come to the same conclusion Add another $to $for the repair So the unit was fixed for less than $(including overnight shipping) If I would have gotten a bill from Corley for $that would seem almost reasonable for this repair, I would not complained Instead the bill from Corley would have been closer to $or more And that $replacement, I looked on line for the unit they suggested It was less that $online So the labor, additional parts and the year warranty they were offering was $ Not sure what I was getting for my money This was almost times the value of the unit In a year period I could have replaced the unit times Well at least times These units have an exception service life I have read it can be years or more So replacing my unit did not seem like a reasonable response when all that was needed was a $part to repair the unit As far as speed of repair is concerned The part had to be shipped in from the manufacturer since there are no local supply houses for these parts Corley told me they serviced all units but they are not a service provider recommended by the manufacturer So they would not carry parts for this unit It would have been the next day to repair the unit I really feel sorry for those people who feel they did a great job What they did not realize is that they paid way too much for what they got Fair pricing is not what you get with Corley
I was extremely pleased by the services provided by Corley and their technician Phil Chibbaro in addressing our plumbing issue He quickly identified the problem and provided a quote to complete the job He also warned of the complications that may arise that would increase the potential cost and also quoted that amount as well He was very professional and quickly solved and completed the repair at the lower cost option I would highly recommend Corley and their team to address any type of plumbing, air, or electric issue that you may be experiencing
Called in the morning and scheduled electrical service for later that same dayTechnician was on time and was attentive to the smallest of detailsWill call them again if/when we need additional workHave used them many times over the past few years (for plumbing as well)
