Our toilet has been sluggishly flushing for a while We called Corley Plumbing to schedule an appointment We needed the camera put from the toilet drain to the house cutoff (maximum ft.), then to the street (ft.) to see what was causing the problem We asked for an approximate cost We were told that the service call would be $40.00, but they would not give a job estimate until they were at the site The toilet was already removed when the associate arrived The associate quoted us $for a job that would take; in my estimation from previous experience, minutes to an hour The $was only for the actual “scoping”, with additional expense if a problem was discovered We paid the $and cancelled the job We do not mind paying fair and reasonable prices, but that amount was absurd Needless to say, we will not call this plumbing service again
At 3:on a Wednesday afternoon,the top overflow on the water heater sprung a leakMy garage was flooding very fastI called Kim at Corley plumbingShe said someone would arrive within minPhil and CJ arrived and took charge professionally and kindly assessed the situationThe water was shut off and options were patiently and thoroughly explainedI chose to put in a new waterheaterThe task was completed quicklyThey cleaned up my "disaster area".They were on their way by pmI couldn't have asked for better "helpers"I highly recommend them and Corley!
