On Saturday, 3/19/The Plummer showed minutes late with no apologyHe went under the house and did not find a leak in the hose spicket lineThe moisture in the foundation wall is evident but he said that was normalQuickly turned his attention to the need for a new water heaterGave me a quote of $to $for a new water heaterFortunately, the electrician arrived later and detected the actual leak and made suggestions He then explained to me Corleys "Service Partner Plan." Under their platinum plan, I would save 20% off the water heaterHere is my concernIn order to receive a more reasonable price on their "top tier manufacture warrantied equipment made in the US," I would have to purchase a $annual service plan for my HVAC, electric, and plumbingI consider this "double insurance" under the guise of a service plan to be a stunning case of predatory practices
I was most impressed with the excellent repair service on my home air conditioning units that I received from Corley Technician *** *** provided exemplary customer service - courteous, considerate, knowledgeable, efficient and highly capable I also appreciated that Corley schedulers provided updates on service time and followed up to make sure that the service met all expectations I would highly recommend Corley to consumers seeking the very best customer service

Corley replaced all my plumbingThe next day, I discovered water dripping from the ceiling above the stairs going to my basementI called Corley and they came back, went into the attic, checked everything and said it was not a result of their workMy ceiling fell inA huge nasty messMy attic exposedA mountain of insulationA heating and air conditioning technician named Aaron from Corley came to my homeHe stood in my living room and told me that the leak was caused by a pipe that the Corley plumbers capped off and that caused water to back up into my atticTo this day I've received no apology and no effort to fix this mess Corley is by far the most dishonest and unprofessional company I have ever dealt withI will be taking action to protect my consumer rights
*** was an excellent plumbing technician He took time in explaining every part of his job including showing me exactly what he had to do He answered my many questions, and was very helpful in helping me pick a new shower unit Poor guy had to work in sweltering heat as my central air also died at the same time I would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs you may have
Jacob from Corley arrived promptly and looked the job over and told me how much the job would cost I said ok and he got to work replacing the faulty sensor flood light He was very polite and friendly
We have been using Corley for several years now and they have been super to work withAlways on time, very professional and considerate, and most importantly, what ever the issue is gets solved fast and efficientlyToday it was the A/C which was quickly checked out for Summer, tuned up, and the outside coils cleanedWe are confident that Corley tech *** has us 100% ready for the heat and humidity of Summer in South Carolina:-) THX Corley you guys rock!
