Service Professor failed to honor their agreement to contact me prior to performing repairs, instead opting to take advantage of my spouse who did not know how much plumbing repairs should cost No estimate was ever given to me on the repairs and the fees charged were 3-times what other plumbers would charge Work done was acceptable in quality but not superior Components used were the very cheapest possible

Our experience with Service Professor began when our A/C unit did not work at the beginning of the seasonThis was our first issue with the A/C unit, which is years oldOur technician, Scott B***, arrived on 5/19/to diagnose our problem, advised us on the fix, and repaired the problemIn testing the unit after repair, he was able to check on the blower system on the furnace, and advised us on the age and energy use of the blower motorHe advised us on the current technology in efficient blower motorsHe was able to physically show us the energy use, and made recommendations to avoid future issuesWe were given options, from replacing just the blown capacitor, to upgrading the 20+ year old blower motor, to replacing the entire furnace unitHe returned on 5/23/to replace the blower motor, and assured us our energy bill would be dramatically lower with the ECM motorWe will be watching our electric bill closely the next few months to validate that claim *** gave us the entire decision of what repairs could be done without pressuring usWe were very satisfied with his service, professionalism, and overall experience with this companyPeople often worry about getting taken by repair companies, but we were able to make our own choice as to what amount of service we wanted to have done

I've used Service Professor on several occasions They've done HVAC repair, replaced my furnace, repaired an outside faucet, and replaced my water heater On their membership program, they have also sent out an electrician, a plumber, and an HVAC specialist to do preventative maintenance EVERY TIME they are prompt, pleasant, respectful of my property, professional and do an excellent job I've recommended them to many of my friends and family All of those who have hired them, too, have raved about their work These are my "go to" guys!

We are Professor Protection Plan members and had our first time electrical inspection 2-5- Josh did a great job of assessing, explaining and making suggestions...to my \"I don\'t have a clue what you are talking about, but it sounds good...let me call my wife and see what she wants done\" husband who was home at the time Josh did some much needed replacements (on our year old home) and was still working when I got home from work While he was finishing up, I looked at the assessment, suggestions and proposed work to be done I am the one in the house that is curious about the work being done and asked Josh if he wouldn\'t mind showing and explaining to me what he did He graciously said yes, cleaned up his \"mess\" and took time to show me his work Josh is a very personable and thorough electrician and I would recommend him, and The Service Professor, to anyone
