Just wanted to share my experience with Service Professor I had called to schedule an appointment to have an exhaust fan installed to releave the moisture from taking showersThey came and removed a already installed light fixtureInstalled a fan with a vent to the outside in place of the current light fixtureThe person istalling the fan seemed unsure of how to get this done properlyHe proceeded to install the fan and in the process broke the new fan he was installing
After returning with another fan (not the same size or model fan that the ceiling was cut for) proceeded to install this 2nd smaller loose fitting fanCost a little over 700$ when doneI still have moisture issues with showeringAlso the gaps from using a different fan allows insulation from my attic to seap through the gapsThis causes debri to accumulate with in the fan and light housingI took it upon myself to apply foam backer rod in these gapsThis helped some as far as debri
I will not recommend nor use there services in the future! They came to investigate the problem and said all looks goodThey said a bigger fan along with relocating the vent would help with the moisture problemAnd would only charge me labor and extra cost of a larger fanWTF!!? So basically told me they would recharge me to do thw job I hired them for in the first place Ah, Not!!! Average cost to install a fan an vent is approx 400$ they charge 700$ and that was with out adding any electrical Never again will I use there service I recommend finding a true professional for any task neededTo save you a huge hassle an waste of money! I have had better quality an alot cheaper service using people from Craigslist! Seriously
Adam came to our house to do a pluming evaluationWe has several things wrong with our plumbingHe was extremely informative and helpfulHe guidesd us on what needed to be fixed and how much it costHe ended up fixing the kitchen sink, washer, faucet of the bathtub, and other pipingI am a new homeowner and the previous homeowner left an array of issues that Adam helped fixHe even helped us with our home warranty, saving us tonsHe was the friendliest and most effieceint plumber I've ever hadI will definitely be recommending him to friends in need of a plumber
Brandon K did a wonderful job of servicing and inspecting our furnace He was very considerate and knowledgeable and informed us of some things we were not aware of

It has been weeks since the project was supposed to be finished, but there is things that were not completely done The electrician had issues with time management, a lack of respect for our time and need to have certain parts of the day project done on certain daysThe office staff failed to produce documents required to do the project prior to starting the project Phone calls were "brushed off" , we were made to feel like we were being lied to about issues
Dennis was very thorough and efficientHe was friendly and professional He answered every question patiently and then showed me how to program my thermostat as I had just moved inI look forward to a long working relationship with The Service Professor
Jim Haynes and Service professor did a great job diagnosing some small issues we had with our toilets and plumbingWe also asked them to install a water pan and a water cop leak detection on our water heaterService was done on the spot and done quicklyHighly reccomend

I had my annual electrical review on Saturday and my electrician Tony Bwas a super great guy! Totally professional and courteous and very honest about my homes electrical needs Today everything that was disgusted was completed by Tony and my home is now up to code and SAFE! Here's the really great part Tony had a little extra time at the end of the day so he rewired two light switches that have not worked in this house for years And he did it for FREE because he's a great guy and he had the extra time!!!! Who can say that?? I have never heard of such a great thing!!! I am so TOTALLY happy with Tony and this company as a whole! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to call The Service Professor! You won't be sorry you did, and believe me I am a total skeptic!

We were so pleased to have Tony work at our home for 4+ hours, completing quite a few electrical projects as well as testing our switch box in the basementHe was professional, thorough, and just a delightful guy We were lucky that he was the service professional to do so many jobs for us If you are fortunate enough to have him drive up to your home and ring the bell, you will be happy with the results
