Hi ***,Our sincerest apologies for letting your emails slip through here at SevenlyWe take full responsibility for the issues that you've encountered and we're very sorry for the way that the problem has been handled (lack of communications, delays, etc)We always strive to provide excellent
service but this time we've come up short and are learning from our mistakes.Over the past month, we've experienced a fulfillment issue with one of our core partnersThe issue has been resolved, however, this created a backlog of orders which ultimately created a long shipping delay and a backlog of customer support tickets as well - thus our long delay on replying.We're so sorry about this incredibly long wait We know it's frustrating and ridiculous Trust us, it has been very challenging on our end as well To remedy the situation, customer service can only offer you two solutions: Continue to wait for the order and we'll refund 20% of the order cost Or We can cancel the order and issue a full refund Please let us know how you'd like to proceed and we'd be happy to help. Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience ?

I tried to cancel this order, due to the length of time it was taking to deliverThe extremely long delivery time was never mentioned during my ordering processSo before it shipped, I spoke with a representative and was assured that the order was cancelledA few days later I received a message that it was shippingI again contacted a representative and was told to donate the shirts (as they had been a gift and the event had long since passed)I offered to send them back and was told not to do so
I was assured that me refund would still be processedSo yes the shirts were eventually delivered, but I donated them as I was toldI am still waiting for my refund, after having contacted the company multiple times and being assured that my check was on it's way many many timesThe most recent example being last weekI have the email corespondence to prove all that I have claimedI still want the refund that this fraudulent company assured me I would receive.Regards,*** ***

Our vendor says that the order was shipped on December 29, 2015, however, the USPS has not updated any tracking information. At this point, we'll have to consider the item lost in the mail and issue a full refund for the inconvenience. before Feb However, seeing as the order did not ship on the promised date and considering you've already been waiting for several months, we will issue a full refund for the inconvenience We'll still send the order but it will be at no expense to you Additionally, here is some more important information.
