Review: I placed an order for a t-shirt on Sevenly's website on December 5th, 2015. I was told the product would ship within 14 days. My card was charged on December 8th, 2015. Two weeks later I reached out to Sevenly with a support ticket asking if my order would be shipped in time for December 25th, 2015. They replied with a "canned" response that they were experiencing massive shipping delays and the product I ordered would not be received for another 4 weeks.

I reached out again in mid to late January a couple times for an update but did not receive any personalized notes. I was either ignored or retold through a canned response that they were experiencing massive shipping issues and support issues. They asked that I remain patient because they are a business that donates to charity and it's for a good cause. While I am happy to be contributing to this business for their reasons listed above, I do not believe it is a good excuse for poor service.

I was notified by my wife that Sevenly posted a comment on social media that all of their shipping and production delays have been figured out and we would see our product ship soon. However, I have never receive a single receipt that my order is still active, went into production, or even shipped. This is the only company I have dealt with online that did not provide such receipts.

Meanwhile, I keep receiving daily blasts about sales, promotions, and other items I could purchase. I have felt "taunted" by these emails since they are showing me items I would like to purchase but do not feel confident purchasing because my original order has not yet been received. Overall, the lack of support and the lack of any shipping numbers or even confirmation that my order is being produced have been very dissatisfying, especially since I was already charged the full amount for my purchase.Desired Settlement: Quite simply, I would like my order - order #[redacted] to be delivered as soon as possible. I would like a shipping number and a notification that my order is in production or shipping. I am done with estimates that keep getting pushed back. I would like to know which specific date it will or should arrive. Thank you.

Over the past few months we've experienced some fulfillment issues with a core vendor which caused a large back up. The good news is that we recently resolved the issue and we're back in production. Moving forward, customer service can only offer two options to resolve the issue: 1. We are able to place your order on a priority list which means the package will be shipped by 3/5/16.? ? We'll refund your shipping cost as part of our apology for the delay. Once the item ships then we'll be able to send you an email with a tracking number. 2. Alternatively, if you no longer wish to wait then we can cancel the order and issue a full refund. ?Please respond and let me know what you'd like to do by Wednesday, 2/24/16 (to ensure your order will be placed on the most recent priority list). I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com on February 18th, 2016 concerning the online retailer, Sevenly (ID: [redacted]). The original complaint was that I purchased an item on December 5th, 2015 and did not receive my order, nor did I receive quality customer service in addressing the massive delay in producing and shipping. The Revdex.com promptly addressed the matter and the merchant, Sevenly, returned with a response that my order ([redacted]) would be placed on a priority shipping list and sent out no later than March 5, 2016. They refunded my shipping fee. They also assured me that I would receive a tracking number with my order when it was shipped so I could check the status of my shipment. To date, I have received no such tracking number, nor have I received any confirmation that this order was shipped or even produced. It is well beyond March 5 and Sevenly continues to take orders from other consumers and send me promotional emails. Meanwhile, my order, which was placed on December 5, 2015 and paid for on December 8, 2015 is still not complete. I feel like I have been scammed or robbed.First priority: I would like to personally speak to a Sevenly representative on the phone and have them assure me that my order has been produced and shipped. Then I would like them to provide me with a direct call back number in the event I still do not receive it. They are clearly incapable of responding to support requests through email in a timely manner otherwise I would not have contacted the Revdex.com twice. I would like a tracking number for my order as well. Second priority: I would also like them to consider a cease production on all new orders until all of their delayed orders from December have been delivered. This is happening to many other consumers besides just me. They need to address their backlogged orders before any new orders can be placed.

Order a shirt over a month ago. Have not heard or received shipping information. Payment was taken. The refuse to return my phone calls and just have you leave a message. I just want a refund if you can't fulfill an order. Sad this is supposed to be for charity and no one is benefitting.

Review: I placed an order on December 29, 2015, Today is March 19, 2016, and the item has not arrived. They claimed to have distribution issues that would soon be resolved. They were not. They said I my order would be rushed and delivered on March 3, 2016. It was not. They also send a stock email response each time that says their small staff is too busy and a response is 10 days out.Desired Settlement: To be refunded and to make others aware of this business. I do not believe they are a real company and should not be continuing to advertise and sell products.

Review: Ordered product on February 16, 2016 and did not receive a shipping confirmation. Contacted Sevenly by email on March 5 and since then have only received automated replies that they are behind in checking tickets on March 7 and March 12.Desired Settlement: My desired resolution is delivery of item ordered. If Sevenly cannot fulfill the order then I desire a refund.

I was excited to find this business and liked the philosophy of giving back to charities while advertising related issues with attractively designed apparel. I purchased a T-shirt for the charity of the week, along with a grab bag. A few days later, I purchased a second grab bag.

The Web site stated that the items would be delivered in roughly 14 days (did not say business days, but that is what the company meant). I received the first shipment more than one month later, and just today received notification that my charity-of-the-week T-shirt has shipped. It has now been two months since I made the order.

The Web site indicates in several places that Sevenly is a small team and is experiencing delays. It takes more than a week to receive a canned response to an e-mail, and I never had my questions addressed despite the two months I have been waiting.

Daily, I receive multiple e-mails advertising sales. Rather than focusing on bringing in more customers, Sevenly should fulfill orders of current customers. If the company doesn't, it will lose future business.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed in the communication, false advertising, and delayed shipments. I will not be a repeat customer.

I placed in order in September and I still haven't received my merchandise. The company does not respond to emails with anything other than a generic cut and paste reply. I know this because they answered 5 of my seven emails with the exact same reply! My boyfriend, knowing I loved the company, bought some shirts for me for Christmas and he hasn't received the merchandise or an email explaining where the stuff is. This company got too big too quickly and they are not living up to the standard of any respectable business. Meanwhile, they are ACTIVELY advertising on social media and posting pictures constantly on Instagram. They should probably spend more time filling orders and less time worrying about posting pictures!

This company sevenly gives you the run around when you order from them...by that specifically I mean I placed and order and 25 days later still had not received the product nor even a shipping email..when I contacted them for more information thru email..( you call them it goes to voicemail even during alleged business hours) they responded with a generic explanation and apology for the delay...most companies let you now when it ships even if it's delayed.found hat strange and if you go to the Facebook page for this company it's happening to a lot of customers..who seem to keep getting the generic response.it seems they can take you money but have issues giving you the product..the Money posted to my account a fe days after I ordered it.. Please do not Order from this company...thank you

Review: My order on October 8, 2015 is still delayed. I've contacted customer service 4 times and received a two responses. I was told in late November that I would need to wait 6-8 weeks for delivery.

I requested an update today, 1/26/16, and the response time is now delayed. It will take more than a week for Customer Service to answer my question about the initial delay.

I've requested a refund and customer service has not answered. On the day I requested a refund, Monday, March 7th, I received a notice from the company Sevenly that the item had been sent to the USPS for shipment. However, the tracking information does not confirm if the item has been shipped.

Review: I placed an order totaling $266 on 4/10/15 and after 3+ emails and 5+ phone calls, no one updated me on the status of my order or assured me it was coming. No one ever answers the phone or responds to email requests. This is not how a business should be run, let alone one that does work with charities. I have an autistic child and get very upset at the idea someone may use his diagnosis as a way to make a profit. I sincerely hope this isn't the situation but when no one communicates with customers, assumptions are made. Please change how you do business or stop. You do not understand the damage you can do to our cause.Desired Settlement: I would like my order sent immediately. If this cannot be done, a refund. I would also like the "1-2-3" order fill ship removed from your site because this is misleading. Since there are numerous complaints on your facebook page, you obviously cant live up to this promise. An apology on your facebook page for all the families who didn't get their shirts for their Autism Awareness Month events. This will be to your benefit since there are many people who are upset over this issue.

Review: On October 3, 2015, I ordered a tshirt from Sevenly. After my order was processed, I received a confirmation with notice that order were taking upto four weeks to ship. This was disappointing, as I would have preferred to know this before purchase, but it was not a huge inconvenience. Since then I have used Sevenly's customer support contact page to inquire about my order several times, receiving only generic responses and blanket apologies. On February 3rd I received an update that my order would ship in 5-15 days. On February 29th I finally received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number from the USPS; however, it is now March 23rd and that number still tracks to "pre-shipment info received by USPS." It is clear that my order has not shipped.

I have since sent more emails to Sevenly and attempted to call, but I get no answer in return. Five months is simply too long to wait for a shirt.Desired Settlement: I would like $28.38 refunded to my PayPal account immediately.

I placed an order with Sevenly Inc. and received no form of communication, nor my actual order for a full month. I reached out to request that they cancel my order and process a refund. I got the same automated response a number of times over a few weeks time. Finally I received a another automated reply stating that they were sorry and they're working to improve, with a link to a blog post about their many screw ups. I replied and again asked for my order to be cancelled. I still have not received a refund nor a personalized response. I got a shipping confirmation today, two full months after my order was placed and after submitting three cancellation requests. This is an AWFUL business. Do not waste your time or money.

Ordered in December 2015 and still have not received my sweatshirt despite many emails inquiring the status of my order. It is now almost April and they have replied one time apologizing for the delay. This used to be a good company. I'm no longer ordering from Sevenly.

I ordered a shirt as a Christmas gift for my wife on Nov. 21st, 2015. It is now Jan 31st, 2016 and I still have not gotten the shirt. When I email the company wondering when I will get the shirt, I get generic, non-answer emails about them losing a vendor and being overwhelmed with orders. Then basically said if there is not a shipping number included in the email then it could be another 4 weeks before I get my order. I was also offered a discount on my next purchase, WHY would I ever purchase from them again?! Dec. 18th they posted this on their blog: "To sum up, we’re getting there. In just a few more weeks, Shipocalypse will be ancient history. We can’t wait. You’ve been gracious and patient and understanding." Its been more than a few weeks and I am done being patient.

I was a customer of Sevenly from their beginning. This year, however, everything has changed.

1) They quietly altered the amount they give to charity from about 25% to a measly 7%.

2) My last order was in August (when they were still giving an average of 25% per item), and I didn't receive the order until October. I contacted them several times, but it wasn't until publicly posting on [redacted] that I saw any results (and even then it took another month, but at least I finally got a reply). When I did receive the order, two months later, the shirt is the wrong size. After waiting so long for my original order, it's not even worth it to return the shirt. Who knows when or if I'll ever get my money back, because...

3) They apparently haven't paid at least one organization for the money they claimed to collect.

This company has become a total fraud.
