With this in mind, these supporters did not purchase itemsin the traditional sense, where payment is received and the finished product isdispatched to fulfill an order (as with traditional retail or online storefronts). Thesesupporters pledged varying amounts of money prior to the existence of ourproduct to see that it is brought to life from a set of ideas conveyed on the projectpage to a retail product, going through all of the hurdles of new product design,refinement, and production. Sometimes theexecution of the project proves more difficult than the creator had anticipated. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
It appears that this business is using [redacted]...

premise as an excuse for poor management and unmet timelines.  In the original [redacted], they committed to a June 2015 delivery date.  Clearly, with it being January of 2016, they failed to research what was necessary to meet these deadlines.  I would understand completely if there was no timeline posted, but that is not the case.  Myself and many others invested in this project with the intent of receiving these items in the timeline stated.  With the long delay, I have already invested in an alternative product that was made available much sooner.  As far as "regular updates to [redacted]", this business has not communicated with backers since 11/18/2015.  This makes backer feel as if they are being ignored and their only option is to contact the Revdex.com.  I am respectfully requesting my $40 refund for a non delivered product.
