This company has horrendous customer service. They have phone numbers listed for customer service that go no where. They have a message stating ?our phone lines are currently closed? which clearly implies the lines are open at some point. They do not have other contact besides an address readily listed. The button to cancel your membership does not actually display. So one cannot cancel their membership on their own. They do not have contact emails readily listed. When you do track down their emails they reply with a bunch of bs responses that appear to be generated by bots. They change your account status without customer consent. They do not provide information on when a customers account is renewing or how to cancel. While what they teach might be relevant and interesting their customer service is greatly lacking. I would not recommend anyone using this company without taking note of all of these massive customer service flaws.

Those who are hungry and thirsting for the best education suitable for our times will find Shaw Academy very refreshing. I simply cannot believe how affordable further education can be, thank you Shaw Academy. The ability to listen again and again ... to recorded lectures is what sets Shaw academy miles apart from other institution of higher learning. I cannot stop enrolling on a new class every few weeks. I like and enjoy the relaxed course delivery by qualified instructors. I cannot wait to take my masters with Shaw come July.

As a beginner, I can say at shaw academy you will feel great knowing that you are capable to comprehend your lessons, everything is explained well for you to understand. I have a eleven year old son who said mom your class is easy and looks fun.. who understood the lesson as well. Overall I'm happy that I chose Shaw Academy it's worth paying for and we have a great instructor who has a lot of charisma. You just have to be determined to learn. I will recommend this to upcoming and expiring photographers.

Our tutors put in the effort and extensively research the subject/course to make sure they deliver the whole content without an iota of doubt. Our tutors focus on having an engaged session as opposed to the standard mundane download of knowledge at one time which would eventually put the student off learning.
