I enjoy the Shaw academy courses for my own personal development. The webinar set up makes it easy to learn and they offer notes for each lesson so that it is easy to follow along. The only thing I don't care for is the automated chat. When I first started with Shaw, it was a classroom chat that allowed more interaction

I'm just going to be blunt. I'm interested in what I'm doing but at times life can make it so you do not want to do anything. So I really appreciate the upbeat disposition of the teachers and the reminders because life is hectic and it's real easy to say class can wait my family needs something. The reminders help me to stay ahead. And remind how much time I have left.
After the first course, I really enjoyed the content, delivery, and flexibility. The reminders of upcoming lecture times has been helpful as well.
