[redacted] .php) I went through the publically announced complaint process by calling SAWS at [redacted] to formally submit my complaintI was told at the time that I will receive a phone in approximately weeks regarding my overcharged billAfter weeks with no phone call, I call SAWS again at the complaint number and am told not to worry about paying my bill and that they are backed up with complaints but I will have my bill addressed and fixedAfter some more weeks with no calls, I call again and am told the same thing regarding not paying my bill and that no collections will take place until the billing issue is resolved Unfortunately, SAWS never contacted me in any form regarding my bill and have now sent the incorrect and overcharged bill to collectionsThe c

November Major water break on Forest Spring/Chadbourne St My house is on the corner Called and reported break - assigned # Crews came out to repair and stop water Over a block of street was flooed including my backyard Sidewalk bulked up Crews dug up sidewalk and thus damaged my sprinkler system Called over a 1/dozen times before being told SAWS would not fix I had to get repairs done and submit in a claim form Sprinkler heads and PVC pipe destroyed Grass torn up as well Had repairs done 1/27/by [redacted] $ Sent in claim form Claim ( [redacted] ) received 2/6/by SAWS ( [redacted] ) Over follow up calls made Supplied photos Crew claim they did not damage Internal finger pointing to sidewalk repair group The fact remains that I have witnesses/sprinkler repair man etcthat will give statements SAWS damaged my property and need to be held responsible Will be filing a separate Revdex.com complaint today on the water b

I am so freakin tired of SAWSI had someone come out and see why the hell a sqft home had a $and $water bill WTF! So they sent I don't know how here and they left a note about a leak, and I didn't hear [redacted] elseGuess who fixed the damn leak, I didGuess who had high [redacted] water bills the whole time there was a leakME! Guess who doesn't give a [redacted] and cuts my water off when I'm not home and who is not in the office when I get off workSAWS! You guys are the worst people I have ever had to deal withI want a detailed statement of my water uses the the past two years at my current addressI will be pursuing litigation and contacting KSAT because you people cutting my [redacted] off all the time is getting oldHow the hell you cut my service off the day it's due, who the [redacted] does that!?! SAWS is denying having damaged this customer's side of the meter during the course of it own maintenance in the alleyway directly behind and in close proximity to my meterWhere there was no leak prior to their working in the alley In the conversation with a SAWS service specialist [redacted] , she stated that there had been no record of a crew being assigned to work in the alley, since a low pressure report from myself in February I happen to now that at on least 3-different occasions that the alley way has been dug up by service crews On the evening of Monday, November 26,2018, I arrived home from work and heard the sounds of a work crew in the alleyThey were workersOne in a backhoe filling in the dirt they had dugupI had received a flyer notifying us that there would be a possiblity of service disruption while SAWS was in the alley way doing work the previous weekThere was no leak at my meter prior to this discovery The SAWS customer service rep denies any se

So my water was unfortunately disconnect for late payment which is 100% my fault Now here's the problem as soon as I found out I got it paid in full immediately then call to have the service restored I was told it could not be done until the next business day because it was after 3PM Although it was disconnected after PM I asked to speak to a manager because I have a six-month-old child and needed the water on I was told several times on the phone that there was no manager available When I insisted I was put on hold several times as if they waited just for me to hang up I of course got mad and frustrated before they disconnect at the call So now day I have called at AM to see when it would be restored and was told they cannot give you a actual time I told them I really needed a time frame and was towed well that's not the way it works That someone just need it to be home So finally it has gotten turned on at 3: which is funny because it is after three and was told since the beginning they could not do it after PM I honestly do believe they just put me last because of my frustration but the thing is with having a baby you need to have running water and they could not seem to understand thatSAWS is by no means a friendly company they look at it like this you need us we don't need you They have a monopoly on the water system in San Antonio so they fail they can hold everyone hostage Yes it is my job to pay my bills which I always do so but for a company that has no understanding or no sympathy is out right ridiculous I called to speak to a manager to complain and was put on hold for over minutes so I hung up called back to let them know and once again was put on hold It's a tactic of strong arming when you do not need to hear no complaints for the fact that they are not going to try to help or listen to any problems because like I said you need them and they hold that over you It's just not professional at all We really need a new water company in San Antonio to be able to compete with this company to make them understand about customer satisfaction

Our water bill has always been in the $and $for the past years since we moved here However for the last month SAWS sent us a bill for $ We only have adults who work most of the days, and we have not change our water usage behavior for the past years There was no leak discovered inside the house either SAWS sent someone to read our meter and we were told that it is correct Fort he past month we even forget to turn on our watering system couple times due to our busy schedule and we do not have a pool There is no explanation why our bill was this high comparing to all our bills for the previous months in the past years

I called the self help number over the week end to obtain the balance and due date I was given an amount and due date on sept 6th I scheduled the payment as instructed This evening at pm service was disconnected I called and was met with a very rude agent who said too , you have to wait The service was turned off after the customer service dept was closed Very cheesy The self help told me the last bill was in August with an amount due for sept6th

Horrible customer service every time I had to call, not to mention waiting time on the phoneWish I got the name of these SAWS representatives

My May SAWS reflected a huge water usage increase of 27,gallons within a month’s cycleI did not know there was a leak until I asked SAWS to send an agent to do a water meter readingAfter turning off all the water within the home, the meter reflected it was still spinning and leakage within the homeThe agent gave two pamphlets to call for information to getting credit or adjustment to my account once I fixed the leak and sent either a letter or invoiceI spoke with another agent on what form was required, and where to faxI finally contacted a plumber to locate, fix and provide an invoiceThe SAWS agent advised the leak is valid if its outside the homeI tried faxing both a letter and invoice but the SAWS fax was not working for week or soI finally contacted SAWS again and I emailed the letter and invoiceThe agent advised they would review and adjust my SAWS bill as long as the next months invoice where not excessive but usage to prove the leak had been fixe

I have continuously had problems with San Antonio Water System at my business location Other businesses and mine were all effected with outrageous bills in and per San Antonio Water System it was due to meter estimates, new meters have been put in however the bills congtinue to be outrageous claiming that November -Mayconsumption was very low and so was the bill Then all of a sudden consumption skyrocketed to almost times the usage with the same amount of people inside and no leaks (confirmed through local plumber) every time I call they give me the run around asking to submit my dispute in writing or go in person They are very unwilling to help and rectify the situation and are just trying to get money from people Not only that we have moved out of the shop and new people will be conducting business out of the shop, SAWS is refusing to turn on new account for the new people occupying the shop Right now my bill is 650$ you tell me how that can be the bill f

On April 16, I called SAWS to report a leak in front of my house After numerous calls the leak was finally repaired and the huge hole in the street was finally closed on July 6th In the meantime, precious water resources were wasted When SAWS dug the hole in the street the repairman disconnected my water hose, used my water, broke and left cement on my hose reel, hose and the area surrounding where I keep my water hose This was done without my permission I phoned SAWS to speak to a manger about the lack of professionalism and inconsideration of their employee's I did not receive a call back I left a 2nd and 3rd message and did not receive a call back When the hole in the street was finally covered, debris was left on the sidewalk, the edge of the sidewalk and my driveway were damaged and the orange paint were ATT had their wires located is still on my sidewalk I called SAWS again today and left a 4th message to speak to a manager
