We are behind on our bill & our service was disconnected on 10/27/I called in the afternoon inquiring about the amount needed to have our services reconnectedAt this time I was informed that on top of our late payment an extra amount of money was going to be required as a depositI believe it was going to be $A deposit after years of serviceNo warningWe're struggling to try and pay our bill and on top of our payment we now have to pay a depositAnother problem we are experiencing is that they are charging us $to reconnect our serviceWe are able to reconnect our service without their assistance so why do we have to have them reconnect itIn the past we have informed the customer service reps that we can reconnect on our own and it was no problemNow they are placing a lock & charging us a fee?

It is now 412pWe've been waiting since 331p to be helpedThere were people ahead of usOnly two were called in minutesOnly two staff members with one coming to take care of one of the two helped them left410p hut, and the line starts to move fasterI guess when you want to get out on time (5p), you do what needs to be done to get everyone out in order to go home on timeVERY unacceptable, and unprofessional way of handling business; regardless of the reason thereI will never return to this office (Las Palmas Center) even if it is to help someone out with their water billRidiculous!

SAWS is denying having damaged this customer's side of the meter during the course of it own maintenance in the alleyway directly behind and in close proximity to my meterWhere there was no leak prior to their working in the alley
In the conversation with a SAWS service specialist ***, she stated that there had been no record of a crew being assigned to work in the alley, since a low pressure report from myself in February I happen to now that at on least 3-different occasions that the alley way has been dug up by service crews
On the evening of Monday, November 26,2018, I arrived home from work and heard the sounds of a work crew in the alleyThey were workersOne in a backhoe filling in the dirt they had dugupI had received a flyer notifying us that there would be a possiblity of service disruption while SAWS was in the alley way doing work the previous weekThere was no leak at my meter prior to this discovery

Our service was disconnected on 4/9/Total Bill was $Previous Balance was $Even though we paid $today they still required $to reconnect our serviceI believe $fee for something and another $or $to reconnect todayThey make it more difficult for struggling customers to make payments with their outrages feesFirst CSR I spoke to already began an attitude with me and I knew it wasn't going to be a good experienceI seriously wish we had another option for water serviceWe always have bad experiences with this companyThe CSR are for the most part very rude even before you begin a conversation with themThe reconnection fees & just the fees alone are INSANE! Isn't there something as customers that we can do to fight them on this matter?

I am so freakin tired of SAWSI had someone come out and see why the hell a sqft home had a $and $water bill WTF! I recently received my SAWS water bill in the amount of $197.96-$balance SAWS said I have, and claiming a water usage of 17,gallons of water , there are only adults living in this homeThat would average out to a daily usage gallons every day for daysThat is impossible, SAWS will claim I have 1) a water leak,somewhere, 2) they will say they will send a person out to check my meter 3) meanwhile they will say go a look at my meter and see if there is any movement of the Number dialUnder the new Technological meter reading as a resident I think they check my meter in my backyard against the wallOr they do a "Walk by" and aim something at my home????? SAWS is discriminating against disabled seniors again I have been struggling to pay my bills, and SAWS insisted on double billing me I have spoken with alleged supervisors, a MARTY on who lied tome and assuredme my billing would be straightened out with the billing This is not the case This is enough!

SAWS seems to be unable to get their facts straight One person tells me to wait for a billing for and then goes ahead and neglects to send me a billing until now and this late billing is for months! Believe it or not, SAWS is not my primary concern I get a bill, I pay it IF it is reasonable I am a senior, disabled and on a fixed income When I spoke with a *** at extension *** on 3.1.2107, (if that really exists), I was informed that SAWS does NOT send out amended bills, never has, and doesn't know the *** I spoke with on All I am asking is for a monthly, correct billing be mailed to me I guess I am asking too much, in *** opinionI will continue to pay the amount I legally owe this alleged "business" but I want other to be aware of this bias

My May SAWS reflected a huge water usage increase of 27,gallons within a months cycleI did not know there was a leak until I asked SAWS to send an agent to do a water meter readingAfter turning off all the water within the home, the meter reflected it was still spinning and leakage within the homeThe agent gave two pamphlets to call for information to getting credit or adjustment to my account once I fixed the leak and sent either a letter or invoiceI spoke with another agent on what form was required, and where to faxI finally contacted a plumber to locate, fix and provide an invoiceThe SAWS agent advised the leak is valid if its outside the homeI tried faxing both a letter and invoice but the SAWS fax was not working for week or soI finally contacted SAWS again and I emailed the letter and invoiceThe agent advised they would review and adjust my SAWS bill as long as the next months invoice where not excessive but usage to prove the leak had been fixe

On 08/I received a bill for $from SAWS for water usageI had a water leak on my sprinkler system, and had it fixed the second I noticed itI sent SAWS the repair bill, and the lady told me they would review it and most likely issue a credit as my water usage is always around to gallons a month, and not gallons they were charging me forI had the same problem last August, but it was on a lot smaller scaleAbout gallons, and SAWS did at that time issue me a small creditWell I just received a very rude phone call from a SAWS employee telling me that they will not issue a credit because I had a claim months ago, and they only issue a credit every monthsI went to tell her that it has been a little over months, and she hung up on meI can not afford to pay this huge bill, and am now going to get my water cut off because off thisI am out over $already for the repair bill, and now SAWS wont even help

I closed my account in July 2017; however, I received another bill in October I called and stated that the account was closed months ago The company said they did not have record of this, but they will open an investigation to track down the phone call Meanwhile, I closed my account (again) and verified that my account is closed They said I owed $52, which I paid when I received what I thought was the final bill I received a call yesterday from the company saying to call them I call them and they indicated that my account was closed on January 8, and that I know owe $and some dollars I am told management will look into and get back to me; however, I was told this back in October and it clearly did not happen, which is the reason I find the need to get the Revdex.com involved

San Antonio Water (SAWS) Co., has been averaging my bills for the remaining year's usage base on usage from Nov-Mar of each year I am the sole person in this house and work twelve (12) hours per day except on weekends How can I use this much water? My bill for the last year and half have been anywheres between $240-$monthlyNo water meter person checks bill because they do not have enough personnel for this service therefore they estimate a person's average usage I would like to know WHY, and how could the water company charge for Water Supply (it is always the same amount of Domestic water service charge and they also charge sewer service chargeThis is utterly nonsense due to the water having contaminated particles and really isn't fit to drinkHence I purchase a lot of bottled waterHow can the city of San Antonio charge an unjust amount for service that did not occur and why did they change my due date from the 3rd of the month to the 23rd; utterly RIDICULOUS!!!!
