By far the worst customer service ive had, especially with a very rude manager who should be fired
We received our October bill which was $83.87, which was twice as much as we had thoughtI called customer service on November 5th and confronted them about how our bill was extremely high for the number of people living in the house, which is twoThey asked if I had any leaks on the property and asked me to do a "dye test" for our toiletsI told them I did not have any leaks, which is why I was calling because our bill should not be that high with no leaksThey said they would send someone out to check our meter for any flow the following weekI had advised them that it shouldn't be more than $( which is 10,gallons) because months prior in august my bill was only $and that was the month I watered my yard due to summer heatAfter August it started raining every week so watering was no longer needed10,gallons is twice our neighborhoods average

My bill for the month of April reflected water usage way above readings Each bill reflects water usage on a graph with detailed charges for water usageFor the month of April my water usage was read at 26k gallons my average usage is around gallons I called to inform them of this and they didn't do anything, but ask me to read the meter myself and make sure no waters leaks She never offered to have it investigated etcI asked to dispute, but she wouldn't She wanted me to check for leaks etcI checked for leaks and found none I called back today and asked for payment arrangements and they denied me stating they don't do thatI asked what I needed to pay to restore service (i didn't pay the amount previously to ensure I didn't lose out on my money due to incorrect reading)she said you need to pay $I stated I couldn't afford that and that I can may a lesser amount of $She said I can do thatBut previously she told me she couldn't make payme

My bills have been extraordinarily high SAWS claims that a family household with the sprinkler system off managed to spend 20k gallons of water I have called and my meter was checked They claim my meter is 100% accurate and my reading was now 4,gallons For years, I have installed a lock on my outside faucet I have called and again they state that it is based on consumption If I had a leak, more people in my home, no lock on my outside faucet, other factors, I would agree but there is no way that I am using 20K gallons of water SAWS is not making any attempt to address my concern that it is not logical that I have used this amount of water Customer service representatives are not in a position to address these concerns and the fact that I would not be transferred to someone that could provide me with another logical explanation is not acceptable I have neighbors that to this day are watering almost everyday and their bills are not as high as mine My neighbor ri
