I reviewed the business reply and I do not agree. I hit the wrong button and it sent a blink reply MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:if you read the email I sent Mrs.*** you can see that it was impossible for the wheel to be left loose and for the truck to be driven miles. the auto care shop did a entensive check over of the loose wheel and did not see any damage to the wheel which after 287mile being loose it would be badly damaged. is it possilbe that some one was trying to steal the new tires on her truck? we have many customers towed in with all four wheels and tires missing that were stolenif she likes I will do a alignment ck and give her a print out to prove the alignment is correctafter my investigation I do not feel any responsibilty to this occurance. thank *** This reply does not cover my full complaint, he mention that he would not have been able to do a wheel alignment if the wheels was not tighten and I have written notice from another shop that my wheels had to be tighten. I feel he should refund my fee that I paid to have my wheel tighten. I park in a private driveway that is well lite and do not believe that story about someone trying to steel my tires. This is a pretty big truck for someone to think they can come in my driveway and remove my tires I do no part on the street. Can he send a report showing the original alignment was done correctly? If not he should refund the wheel alignment. He did not mention the refund he had promise to mail for having my remotes re-programmed after replacing the blinkers The total claim should be $ If you read my original complaint for $that did not include the$55.26 he promise to send and to date the check has not been receipt I do not feel he reply covers all my concerns. I did have my oil changed on the vehicle. Sheridan Ford was the last business to change my oil and they noticed nothing wrong at that time with the engine so they have stated. Yet less than weeks after that I have a hole in my engine. They were negligent on advising me of any concerns with my oil or my engine. This does not resolve my issue

I disagree with the response from the dealership because the Tech is not telling the General Manager the truthWhen I returned to the shop with my car and after it was checked over, *** was the one that told me that the leak came from too much pressure being applied when the coolant system was being flushed outAlso, there was a diagnostic test done on my car and there was no mention about any leaks. Also, my air condition system blows out heat and that was not happening until all of this took placeYes, *** *** has been very pleasant in trying to resolve this issue but I refuse to pay for a repair that I did not causeI did not have leaks and my air was working just fineI feel as though I was taken advantage of, and I asked about getting a tune up on my car and the quote that was given to me was almost $Which I know is really high

in reviewing your letter and interviewing my staff I have come to a conclusionin your letter you stated that the dealership decieved you about the reliability for your escape with 145,mile.that had a bad transmission and could not be driventhey said it was in good condition for a
year old car with 145,miles on itthey did tell you about some of the short comming of the vehiclecar of that age and milage are prone to have problems that just a fact of lifeyou feel you owed half of the money that you paid for the repair on a car you traded in and recieved a trade allowancei respectively disagree.Thank You

Went to have work done on my carWas suppose to be completed on Friday, wasn't ready until Tuesday the 8/After the trying to fraudulently charge me for a tire rotation that I didn't ask for and didn't receiveI know this because I have one Mia match tire on my car from a nail and yet in the same position but says they rotatedBesides this when getting home after paying the dollars for a horn and water pump realized that my car was not put back together correctly in spotsmissing kick guard under my engine seconding my black runner on front bumper hangs out an extra inchWhen I call tom sherdian he did keep apologizing but yet to tell me what to do to fix itMind you car resigtion expired Saturday so now because they finished late and everything else I have to drive on suspended tags till o can get it fix and go to v

MRS *** HAD A FORD FUSION VIN#*** TOWED IN ON 11/3/IT WAS FOUND TO HAVE A HOLE IN THE BLOCKIT WAS TWO QUARTS OF OIL SHORT OF THE FIVE REQUIRED DUE TO THE HOLE IN THE CYLINDER BLOCK WHERE IT HAD LEAKED OUTTHE VEHICLE POWER TRAIN WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED THREE
YEARS AGOSHE ASKED FOR SOME ASSITANCE IN HAVING THE VEHICLE REPAIREDWE ASKED FOR OIL CHANGE RECIEPTS DUE TO IT LOOK LIKE A OIL RELATED FAILURESHE STATED SHE DID NOT HAVE ANY AND COULD NOT REMEMBER WHERE SHE HAD THEM DONESO WE SENT A OIL SAMPLE TO A LAB TO HAVE IT CHECKEDTHE OIL SAMPLE CAME BACK WITH A RATING OF A FOURONE IS CONSIDERED FIVE IS A DESTRUCIVE. We have been trying to resolve the issue with the customer Our research shows that some companies are adding sunroofs to this vehicle in California This means that more than likely companies in our area should be doing it soon, we just don't have confirmation of when We will continue to try to work to get this resolved with the customer

IF THE TIMING CHAIN WAS ONE TOOTH OFF THE DAMAGE WOULD HAVE HAPPENED ON START UP NOT MILES LATER. YOUR VEHICLE DOES HAVE THOUSAND MILESIT HAS A LOWER END PROBLEM

the additional work needed took more time to repairthe lower cover was full of antifreeze which needed to be cleaned and extra drying time before reinstallation yes we did forget to tell the customer he would need to returni will offer the customer next oil change for his troublesthanks

just bought another car here and this time the deal and the car is perfect.but when I was told to come today at 9am so they can repair something on my car.I went inside and this lady in a rude way told me manager aint here ill let him know ur here.I sit outfront for 20 mins went back in and wow there the manager working away I ask the lady u didn't tell him again she talks rude to me than the manager jumps up like hes going to do something I left telling them they owe me $ back for my car damage and left.see when ur disabled and also have ptsd,like me.when people act like they did at me I new I had to leave,I blew my top they put me on the defense and now they will pay.

When I picked it up and talked to Tim about that fact that it never sounded like that before, he said they pulled and reinstalled the distributor and that's what it sounded like. So it had been running terrible and shaking when I was called and was told there was only a "light knock" and acted like it wasn't a big deal. I would like to restate, I want a refund on the brake and oil change that you (knowingly or unknowingly) deceived me into getting. Words have meaning and you have to be accountable. I had made it clear from the get-go that I did not want the brakes fixed unless the truck was working. We clearly have a differing opinion on what constitutes a working truck.It also think it shows how much they appreciate their customer base in their response. I've bought 2 vehicles there and have had my vehicles serviced there and to attempt to make this situation right and keep a customer they are willing to give me a free estimate on trying to figure out what's wrong with it now... it's insulting. Regards,

14 year old car with 145,000 miles on it. they did tell you about some of the short comming of the vehicle. car of that age and milage are prone to have problems that just a fact of life. you feel you owed half of the money that you paid for the repair on a car you traded in and recieved a trade allowance. They are indicating their initial and final communication. They had the vehicle for over 5 weeks and only communicated those two times. There was not ongoing update, clarifications or other pertinent information provided.In addition, I had to contact the warranty company for an extended rental. Sheridan is providing misleading information. I was denied by Sheridan and approved by Ford warranty after pleading my own case. As a matter of fact, after speaking with 2 Sheridan representatives, I was told that there was nothing they could do, but I insist that they call, they would. Once Sheridan received the approval for the rental extension I should have been contacted and made aware. Instead, I thought my 5 days were up and had to make various types of arrangements including leaving work early to get the car back to the dealer on time, only to find out by the rental company that my rental was extended.Likewise, I am still awaiting a return call about the engine that was put into my car. When I picked up the vehicle, there was not explanation of the work done, the fees accrued, and not apology for the lack of contact. I had to ask what happened. It seems that they just wanted me to pay and get me out of the door. The service representative never even answered the call to speak with me. I ran into him on the showroom floor, although I waited several minutes for him in the service area. He appeared to be avoiding me. I continue to have a question and concern about the work, to this day, as I have been driving the vehicle and questions have arisen.Regards,
