my credit card company (Capital one) and with *** *** from Revdex.com on 9/26/? We spoke with the dispute specialist supervisor, ***, at that time? She was able to confirm that the credit was never received? How can the business continue to respond ? the same way without any proof? ? My account clearly has not been credited by Sherwood, as shown on my statements, my online account information, and a dispute specialist supervisor from my credit card company? Sherwood continues to assert my account has been credited without providing any documentation or proof

I am rejecting this response because:  I did not receive a credit back to my VISA, account ending in #[redacted], by Sherwood Test Prep.  I was involved in a 3-way call with...

my credit card company (Capital one) and with [redacted] from Revdex.com on 9/26/16.  We spoke with the dispute specialist supervisor, [redacted], at that time.  She was able to confirm that the credit was never received.  How can the business continue to respond  the same way without any proof?  My account clearly has not been credited by Sherwood, as shown on my statements, my online account information, and a dispute specialist supervisor from my credit card company.  Sherwood continues to assert my account has been credited without providing any documentation or proof.

The refund was processed to her Visa ending in x[redacted] (Exp. [redacted]) on July 7th, 2014.  This has been completed and verified.  Customer was provided the refund as described above.

Customer understood the terms and conditions of our services, and understood that we don’t offer introductory classes.  When he registered his daughter online the customer understood the terms and conditions of our courses: "Once you have attended your first class, there are no refunds of your...

course fee."He, along with his daughter, signed their consent form, which confirmed for a second time that he understood the terms and conditions of our services, specifically: "there are no refunds for any reason once you have attended any part of your first class".  Customer’s email account states that he not only has M.D. (Medical Doctor) and J.D. (Lawyer) degrees, but he also has a Ph.D. (Professor) degree.  We believe he did understand the terms and conditions of our services.His daughter was registered for a 7/13 Start Date course which is over 5 months ago.  After the first class she chose to no longer attend and at that time they did not state there were any problems with the instructor or class.  Their course qualified for a free repeat which is valid for the consecutive session (8/24 Start Date).  A course was offered for that date and they could have attended that session for their free repeat but chose, again, not to attend.We have been in contact with this customer many times and had apprised him of his options.This customer has passed their free repeat course date and no longer qualifies for a free repeat or rescheduling of their course.  As the customer understood, there are no refunds of the course fee when they decided not to attend.The customer decided to not attend the course based on their own personal decision.

A credit was processed to her Visa ending in x[redacted], with an expiration date of [redacted], on 9/19 in the amount of $549.

A refund of $549 was processed on 9/12, back to her card, a Visa ending in x[redacted], with an expiration date of [redacted].

We show a credit posting in the amount of $479 to a [redacted] ending in [redacted], with an expiration date of 06/2020.

I am rejecting this response because: It still hasn't shown up on the credit card anyway.  I was only told earlier that it would take 7-10 BUSINESS days as opposed to actual 7-10 days.  So the fact that they're claiming that the refund has been confirmed by me is a lie.
