We are an authorized gas supplier that works with Pge and obviously not a scam company like Mrs Gyurics alleges - otherwise we would not be an authorized gas supplier.We already made *** aware that her account will not be transffered to us and that she won't be enrolled at all,

Please note the following : 1) As of the receipt of [redacted]’s initial Revdex.com complaint on  8/**/2017, [redacted] had at that time been put on our DO NOT CALL LIST. She has not been since that day, and will never be contacted by Smart One Energy. 2) We will not contact [redacted] on behalf  of [redacted], and we will never request any information or make any adjustments to [redacted]’s [redacted] account 3) [redacted] was never and will never be enrolled with us. 4) Our agents read from our legally authorized script, they have never and will never identify themselves as anything other then Smart One Energy calling in regards to the recipients [redacted] bill.

resolved because:

I received a phone call from Aaron K[redacted] on April [redacted] and he said he was going to reimburse $200 but needed to send a form before he could send the reimbursement but to this date we haven't received anything.  I believe we're getting the run around with Smart One Energy.

The issue was resolved in a satisfactory manner. Client was removed from calling list.

As  [redacted] requested  we have immediately submitted a cancellation request to [redacted]  on his behalf, and we  got confirmation from  [redacted]  that [redacted] will never receive any gas supply from Smart One Energy, and will just continue to receive...

Hi,We have already send [redacted] a check of $56.00 that he has cashed a few days ago. We will mail [redacted] an additional check of $33.00 to satisfy his entire claim of $89.00.Josh G[redacted]Smart One Energy

I would like a refund of 70.00 dollars for the month of December. The difference of what my bill should have been if they did FLAT out lie to me about what my bill would be.  The resolution for me would be a 70.00 refund to me or my account. I want 70.00 dollars back any way they want to do it....

That is the 70 dollar overcharge for their gas above what my bill should have been from my original company if they had not lied and switched me. Please call me if I can better explain to you how and what they did and why I know 70.00 dollars is what they owe me.
