I specifically asked that the company not contact me again and not contact [redacted] on my behalf. The company has not addressed this issue.I asked the company multiple times to identify itself on the phone and it said [redacted]. I understand ESCO. I do not appreciate being told I was mistaken and misunderstood. I will be contacting appropriate regulatory and Congressional authorities, and taking legal action as appropriate.

All our agents are strictly instructed to mention that we are calling from Smart One Energy  in ‘regards to’ their [redacted] bills, but that the reductions are coming from Smart One Energy. We state that [redacted] will still deliver their gas and issue the bills, and that we at Smart One Energy...

simply supply the gas to [redacted]. They in turn deliver it to the customers like they always have and we never state that we are [redacted].She may have thought  that since we mentioned [redacted] and our association with them, that we were stating that we are [redacted].  Often people are not aware of the relationship between an ESCO and the utility company.  We work together.  We have canceled her for no charge. In response to [redacted] rejection.The form that she is waiting for is en route right now, also Aaron has specifically explained to [redacted] on the phone that the letter will be mailed out in the middle of last week. He  emailed her explaining that and if it hasn't' arrived yet it should arrive any day this week. The letter was sent with [redacted] Priority mail. It will be arriving to her parents house as she requested.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Smart One Energy, LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I have been trying to get in touch with the LLC. After my complaint to LLC that they must Refund my $45 for the period I was billed so...

far. After this I received 2 more bills in which LLC's element in the bills is $34, which they should also agree to refund. But having talked to one of the managers the LLC is refunding only $56 out of my $89 claim, for which I had to agree as there was no other alternative. So far I have not received any refund. I am not sure that the company will keep the promise for sending the refund of $56 also.Thanks.[redacted]
