This company has the worst customer service ever! The dialogue that I received from the person that I spoke with in customer service regarding my order was hostile and racist. I cannot believe this company is in business. I am in shock! Take your dollars elsewhere. I wish I could give them zero stars. Take a look at some of the emails below that I received from them:

Revdex.com, please investigate this business as soon as possible. They are not professional. They are insulting and they deceive the public with the inaccurate information they share about the complaints against their company. If anyone is thinking about ordering from this company, DO NOT.

Revdex.com, again please investigate this company. They have more than enough complaints and it should be alarming to the Revdex.com.

Worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. Asked for an update on my order and they responded with derogatory, expletives and extreme foul language. Cannot believe they are even allowed to be in business. After the extremely rude and foul email they sent me including the F word multiple times, I cancelled my order and they did provide a refund. Thankfully. I would have never ordered from them if I knew that would be their response to a request for an update on my order status. Who seriously uses that kind of language with a customer? I highly suggest if they continue doing business, they need to re-evaluate their customer service, how they deal with people, etc. They would be must more successful if they had a better attitude and people skills.

Nope, none of that never happened that way...Now please show all the emails where you cursed at our agents first and threaten them first. Can you please provide those emails??? The ones you said you wanted to kill them, after so much threats our agents responded to you just like any human in that situation would.

Ordered custom shirt a month ago for my sons birthday never received the shirt and when contacted customer service I was treated with such disrespect
I was told I'm an uneducated mn like the rest of the people that order from the site

This person said that we didnt have the shipping time posted on our site and they said we were lying the whole time.. We have the shipping info posted twice on each page, they refused to believe that so we cancelled there order and refunded them.

This business is terrible. I cancelled an order because I wasn't going to get the item in time and I felt that the extra $15 they wanted was too much and I still didn't think I would get it in time. I politely asked them to cancel the order. They replied back to me by calling me pathetic and a low life peasant who makes fake orders and cancels them. Why would anyone go through the trouble of doing that. I did get refunded my money right away but this is a company who I would stay away from. They certainly dont know how to talk to people.

This is a lie and I have a copy of the email to prove it. I work in customer service and would never disrespect anyone like they did. Looking at all the reviews and complaints, it seems that they are the problem. I have not seen one good review. That says something.

Whoever is running this company is very stupid and ghetto. They need to reconstruct their shipping process to make transactions run smoother, instead of getting mad at customers when they inquire about the items they've purchased. They love calling people names and scammers but they are the true scammers.

This buyer is racist and called our agent horrible racist names and threaten them, their order was cancelled because of this.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order on June 1st for a dress I needed 4 weeks later. I corresponded the week prior and was told I could pay for rush shipping, which I did. A couple of days before I needed the dress, I reached out and was told they will only be dealing with Amazon Pay from now on. Well, they were already paid the $25 and the $10 for shipping. How does this make sense?? I was upset but never nasty or rude. Emailed them again to say I never got my refund and was told it's showing refunded on their end. COMPLETE SCAM!! 2 weeks later, still no refund!!

100% inaccurate! The money was taken from my bank acct. You said you don't accept that kind of payment? It was already taken out. Makes no sense! Never refunded either! I was corresponding with you the week before with you through email and not once did you mention anything about that. You lead me to believe that I'd get the dress on time if I paid the extra $10, which I did. Again, not refunded. I don't know what kind of game you or your company is playing but it's bound to not play out well for you. What a joke you guys are! I hope with all these horrible reviews, you lose tons of money. Good riddance. I'll spread the word ð???

By the way, I didn't use Stripe for payment. Yet another LIE!

She told me she refunded my money two weeks ago and I still haven't gotten it.
6/27/20 when I ordered the first one, it was $29.95, order #***
Then I tried for the fast shipping witch was $15.00, order #*** on 6/27/20
then I had to cancel after she took my money out saying they didn't use credit cards.

Customer has already been refunded because they didn't want the item.

I placed an order on June 17th. I haven't received my order.
I placed my order on June 17th for 25 dollars and some change. It was for a birthday outfit for my 3 year old. I have tried and tried calling no one answers. I have emailed them they won't respond. I believe this site is a scam. I was already charged for the payment.

I would like to receive what I purchased or I want my money returned.

Terrible company! Read all of their responses to the poor reviews left online: they claim all of the reviewers are lying! My order was canceled out of spite because I inquired about when my order might be received--I could not find that info on my phone when I ordered. Their response was, "Are you serious? You don't see it on every page?" Then they cancelled my order because they claimed I thought the problem was with them -- I never even said that! I wish I had read reviews first!

do not waste your time or money, it's just not worth the time or effort. the rep I communicated was so rude, acted like I was annoying them, being inconvenient for them. after they changed credit card company so my order wasn't going to be processed. no one tried to reach out like they said they did and when I inquired I was treated so poorly. Customer service cursed at me and lied on a review site
I placed an order on June 3rd for something I did not need until October so I was in no rush to receive it. I actually completely forgot I ordered the shirts until I looked at my credit card statement. I had asked about a color option on the shirts when I initially ordered and realized I never heard back from them. I reached out on June 27th and cannot accurately describe how I was spoken to when they replied. I have attached correspondences I received from them and all but the last one that I wrote to them, obviously shocked at what they wrote. I only did not send that email because I was unable to upload more photos. I will happily share the entire email chain with Revdex.com or anyone who would like to see it. My emails are boxed in blue and the company replies are boxes in red. I added notes so you can see which email came first and so on. I wrote a negative review on *** that was very similar to this complaint and was replied to with outright lies saying that I cursed THEM out which is 100% not true. I believe they are trying to slander my name to make themselves look like a victim as it seems is the case with ALL of their negative reviews. I am an educated, 37 year old wife and mother of 3 and can confidently say that I have NEVER been treated this way by a company's customer service before, nor have I ever cursed or lied in an email regarding a dispute. I am available at any time to clarify any information. At the very least I would like this complaint on file and put on record. The response I received from this company was disgraceful for a "family" company. I am truly offended and appalled.

Return of my money for the items they say they canceled due to me cursing at them (again, never happened - all correspondence with this company are written they do not even have a phone number to call) and I would like a retraction and apology on ***. They outright lied regarding our communications to other potential customers. This is not only unethical but slander.

I had a very poor experience doing business with this company. Their site states they shipping could take 3-4 weeks so I paid the extra $15 for rush shipping and I still haven't received my order that was supposed to be received no later than 6/11/2020. I feel like they were very responsive when I was just inquiring about placing an order, but once I placed my order it was much harder to get a response from them. The phone # they have on their site serves no purpose as they never answer. Needless to say, I had to find a last minute party outfit for my little one and I simply requested a refund. This was several days ago and they have yet to refund my money. They sent a nice little email apologizing for the inconvenience and saying they did send my items 2 day priority and they don't know why I haven't received it. This is not true, I requested a tracking # several times and was never provided with one. I followed up with them advising that the refund was never received. They stated they sent it and I should have received it by now, but would send it again (also not true, it was never sent). I will not bother them again about the refund. I've filed a dispute with my bank and I'll let them handle it from here. This is really sad that a business would operate this way. Had I read the reviews first I would have never done business with this company. Lesson learned! This is not the place you want to do business with. They are very unreliable. I didn't receive any nasty emails like many others have experienced but the customer service was extremely poor.

And there it is! The nasty response that many others have stated they received. Due to me writing about my poor experience with them I'm now a low life scammer....yet they have my money and have yet to refund it. I'm happy with the response they provided. That way if others research their company prior to making a purchase they'll see what type of company they're dealing with and go elsewhere.

If you are like me and order a lot of stuff online, please make sure you research the company before placing an order.

I just had the worst Customer service experience with SHIRTANGO.

DO NOT order anything from this company. They ridiculed me for inquiring about my order. Here was their last comment to me...

"Again, what sort of mother doesn't know their own daughters birthday, how ridiculous and pathetic is that.

Move along already and stop harassing our black employees."

When I asked for a refund, this is what they wrote back...

This company is garbage and does not deserve your business.

I ordered a shirt from this company on May 3,2020. It is June12th and have yet to receive my order. This was their response to my email.
I have never experienced such unprofessional conduct from someone who has their own small business. I have over 7 emails of their "customer service" representative condescending, and degrading me. I have gone completely viral with this company's lack of respect for customers. I have yet to receive my item, or gotten a refund. My order date was May 3, 2020. It is now June 12th, 2020. My order number is 1784, payment amount of $11.84, charged via ***, using *** pay.

Extremely rude and unprofessional.
I ordered a tutu from this company. Tonight, June 9th, I merely asked about the shipment of my order. I was told I needed to go back to math class and called a liar! This is the last response I received from them:

OMG, we cancelled your order 20 mins ago, LOL, did you not receive that email yet?

Sorry if calling somebody out on their repeated lies is insulting somehow, but did you really expect us to play your game that 20 days is 4 FULL WEEKS, seriously, go back to the 1st grade or something...
Nobody here or anywhere is going to go along with a crazy lie like that, you kept repeating it over and over again, im sorry somebody burst your lie bubble there. LOL

I asked Shirtango for a tracking number and customer service responded very rudely, when I asked for my refund to be sent I was told to come get it.
I ordered May 15th 2016. I asked could they help me with going about tracking my package order number 2199. I misunderstood it took 3-4 weeks to send but I still wanted to track my order before sending a rush fee. After being asked rudely if I didn't understand what they were writing me, I asked for my refund over and over again to be sent back. Then I was told to come get it and to put some respect on name g dog to other unnecessary immature messages. The date I amount I paid was 25.00 and I paid by Bank of America debit visa. I'm filing this claim 06/27/2020.

A birthday outfit. A white shirt with the character theme LOL Surprise Doll, name K and age 4 and a rainbow Tutu.
