My order was cancelled out of spite bc I emailed the customer service team 2x in 2 weeks to get a tracking number for my daughter bday outfit. Then emailed me to tell me I have mental problems and was harassing them. Ha. I emailed you 2x. It's a scam they take your money and don't send you anything and you don't get your money back either.

This person is lying, we have all the actual emails here. They were helped everyday until they snapped on us and started cursing us out so we had to cancel the order.

We told them refunds take 5 to 7 days to go through sometimes after we process it and they didn't believe us and started calling us horrible disgusting names. Even after this we kept telling them.

We offered to contact their bank on 3 way since they said we stole their money. And they refused to, they knew they were lying about it. They knew they were refunded , they just wanted to keep harassing our staff.
It's Very horrible of this person to keep calling in and harassing our staff, she made one of our coworker's 8 year old daughter cry right here in the office.
Very traumatizing.

After I asked this company a few questions about shipping they gave me some of the rudest responses and have yet to issue my refund.
I found a website called shirtango that had really cute personalized *** birthday outfits for my daughter. After ordering on 5/17/2020 (order number #***) with my debit card, I realized I never saw a rush shipping option and I needed it in about 3 week which was before the estimated 3-4 (or even 5 weeks as stated in text) weeks. I contact the company through their phone number listed on their website and kindly asked about shipping. After contacting them 2 days in row the finally sent a *** request for $10 and were very brief when I asked about guaranteed shipping dates. Then they got an attitude and told me there was '2 thousand customers ahead of me' and ended their text with 'If you want to talk about facts.' After the back and forth about dates I asked for a refund because I didn't want to spend my money on a company that was extremely rude and didn't know how to treat their customers. They responded with 'Lol, Ok'. I reiterated that I would like my refund back on my card and I will be leaving a review and they responded with 'Good for you, make sure you let them know that you don't know how to read and you hate facts when they are directed at you...good luck kid.' They also responded with Please sweetie stay in your lane and stop harassing us.' I then preceded to ask for my refund once again. I wrote a review on Revdex.com and Sitejabber and they said I harassed their company and asked multiple times if I could use my food stamp card (which never happened!) & called me uneducated low income, poor person. I find this company to be completely disrespectful and liars. I have contacted this company by email two times and by text a few times asking for the date of my refund and I keep getting a text back that says 'are you the food stamp lady.' I just want my refund so I can be done with this company. I can't believe they would still be in business after treating multiple people like this (according to the reviews).

Desired Outcome

An apology from them would be asking way to much if thats how they treat their customes. Therefore, I am asking for a full refund from this company.

This company has to be the rudest people I have ever dealt with as far as customer service. After contacting them about shipping policies NOT listed on their website they got a huge attitude so very quick. Will never ever be ordering from them again and will advise everyone else to not do so as well. Professionalism is the key to sales and what they said to me was unacceptable. Wish I could give them 0 stars! Don't order or deal with them if you don't have to!!

Our site states we don't ship for 3 to 4 weeks on every page, its called the shipping tab, everybody has one. We have 2 on each page.
After we explain this to them, they got very upset and started to curse us out , then they said they would be paying the rush fee on their foodstamp card, which I don't even know if you can do that, it got very strange from their and she grew even more upset with us so we cancelled the entire order. please do not sell to this customer. thank you

I'm sorry they must be mistaking me with a wrong customer. I don't have a food stamp card and I never got upset until I was told 'stay in your lane sweetie' and 'if you want to state facts'. That should not be how ANY type of customer service speaks with a customer. I understand and saw the shipping tab but had questions about the exact date of delivery for rush and standard. After asking a few questions I was met with extreme rudeness and told there was thousands of customers before me. After the rude comments and being highly offended I asked them to cancel my order. Once again, I will never suggest this company to ANYONE!

Once again, we do not accept foodstamps and all orders are shipped in 3 to 4 weeks, please stop cursing at our employees, please stop creating fake accounts just to harass our staff, you need help, go look for it..

Once again this company is accusing me of something to do with a foodstamp card. I have never once cursed at an employee and never once have created a fake Account. This company is so trashy and low. Please just refund my money so I can be done with you!

Unprofessional is an understatement. I placed two orders with this company. One on April 20, 2020 and the other on April 21, 2020. I order online fairly regularly so I am completely aware that the shipping process doesn't take long. On May 15, I realized that the month was halfway over and I had yet to receive any sort of updates from the company to provide me with shipping details or a tracking number. I take the initiative to reach out to the company. I instantly noticed that they had an issue with me inquiring about the progress of my orders. I was advised that "as the site states, all orders are shipped within 3-4 weeks and I will receive my order before the 26th". I then go on to mention that if I had received a tracking number, I wouldn't have to inquire about my orders to them. Telling me that I will receive my order before the 26th is not assuring me exactly when I will receive it. I need more than an email where an assistant is rudely telling me that I will receive my orders before the 26th; that is not concrete enough for me. Inquiring about my orders led to this company claiming that I was upset and had an attitude. Ultimately, I was told "bye felicia" and shortly after I receive notice that they cancelled both of my orders. I've only received a refund receipt for Order 1375. I am still awaiting for my refund receipt for Order 1393.

As we already explain to tay pey, we don't ship for 3 to 4 weeks, she started cursing our employees out once we pointed this info to her, which is also stated on every page, she said she didnt give*** and would hurt us and our agents if we didnt get her outfit within the next 2 days.. She demanded a tracking number and once we said we dont give tracking numbers until it ships, she started saying that every company in the world gives tracking numbers before they ship, im not sure what world shes from then, because thats not how it works.. I think this is an awful company that has terrible customer service. They are very rude and doesn't even deserve one star. They are very disrespectful and ghetto.

Their order was cancelled after they called our employee a dumb fat *** We never cursed at them at all. We don't tolerate this sort of harassment and insults, this is why their order was cancelled. She keeps threatening us and telling our employees that she's coming for us, again these are the reason we did not deal with this animal.. Im sure other sellers don't mind being cursed out for no reason at all and be threatened, but we mind.. Good Luck, your going to need it.

This disgusting animal keeps threatening us nonstop, they edit all the text messages and emails to make it seem like their the victim, they are leaving out all the bad parts that they wrote, they are really triggered because we did not let them insult us and walk all over us. I guess they are use to getting their way, but this time, they didn't.. We sell to over 5 to 7 thousand customers every month, we only have a few bad customers like this one each month, which is a shame, but I guess if your raised like a barn animal your going to act like one for the rest of your life.. good luck

I didn't have an email conversation with you to edit lol. You are pathetic enough to be making up stuff about editing emails when none of our convos were over email nor did I disrespect you in anyway. You can go ahead and keep disrespecting me as much as you want because these are just adding to my case. Your ignorant responses prove that everything I say is right. Also, for some one who has so many customers, you sure do have time but so do I . Oh, I do always get what I want. You said I keep threatening you non-stop but me writing reviews is a part of the business. You obviously need some more schooling on how to run a business. Don't worry though, you'll get it soon enough. Well. fortunately for me, because these are public and there's no way I can "edit" them as u claim, it will help to build my story. Thanks and enjoy it while it last.
