I did file a similar complaint, however that complaint was made prior to actually sending the item back.  I was able to get in communication with the seller at that point and after contacting the seller, I did send the item back with them telling me that I would be given a refund.  I have...

not received my money back from the retailer as of yet and I have USPS confirmation that the retailer did receive the item.  I cannot get in touch with the retailer either.

Review: I ordered a Northface Denali jacket for men for my father-in-law for Christmas. (Order # [redacted]) on 11/**/2013. I paid total of $100.30 USD and thought it was a great deal. When I received the product, it had no tags on it (no care information or nothing) and anyone could tell that it was a counterfeit/fake product. I compared it to my husband's jacket we purchased from the Northface store and it looked nothing like it. The next day, I sent the product back to the return address it cam with in Brooklyn, NY and sent it priority mail to be received by Monday 12/*, 2013. I've been emailing this company about why they sent me a fake product and requested for refund and there's no answer. I tried more than 20 times to call the customer service number on the website, and it either says they are all busy assiting other customers or went to the voicemail which I left message but no one returns my call. I tried to call again today and now it's keep saying it's not their business hours and call back later or no better what time I call. I feel that this business is really shady and are selling fake products.Desired Settlement: I sent my product back with the tracking number and it's delivered. I want my money back 100%. The website policy stated that they will take 15% restocking charge for returned product with fee shipping. However, considering the product was a fake one and that's why I returned it, I don't feel that I need to pay the restocking charge. Selling fake product is illegal.

Review: Ordered from their website and was charged for the items right away through my bank. Received an email from them about the order details and later a bogus tracking number. Ordered on Jan.[redacted] and received the tracking number the same day and marked as shipped. The shipping was for Priority Mail [redacted] day. It is now Jan. [redacted] and the status has not moved at all. Called the number listed on the website and could not get a hold of anyone. Automated message says there are no representatives available and to call at normal business hours (Mon.-Fri. 10 am- 7pm) but I did call on normal business hours and no one is there to pick up. I emailed them several times with the listed email address from the website - still NO replies.Desired Settlement: This website should refund any orders to those that did not receive their product or if their products are not as advertised. This website should be shutdown for good and stop stealing money from people.

Review: On-line company marketing item as "North Face Denali" jacket; the jacket had tags replaced, poorly at that, added paper tags were obviously not original, fabric construction is sub-standard. A very embarassing gift. Looks like someone is getting pieces/jackets and remaking with used fabric. I want my $89.00 back. No real way to contact seller with paper sent in bag. When bag was opened, it smells horribly like cigarette smoke - my first clue something wasn't right

Review: Ordered North Face Jacket from company and received with a damaged non working Zipper. Tried to call the company of Customer service line, but it is never answered and does not take messages. Contact them through e-mail and requested that they pay to have item shipped back to them, since they sent me a defective jacket. They did not agree to pay and stated something about not charging me a restocking fee. Mailed item back on 12/**/13 and paid to ship it back with letter stating that I wanted to be reimbursed $5.80 for mailing it back and also that the item was a Christmas gift and I wanted to receive it back prior to Christmas. On December **, 2013 I had not received anything and I emailed them again asking for reply on what is going on and about the item arriving prior to Christmas. Also called them on 12/**/13 and No answer and machine does not take messages. Sent 3 more e-mails to person that emailed me first along with 2 email addresses on web site, with no return response. Item was never received prior to Christmas and happen to arrive today in my mail box regular mail.Desired Settlement: Formal Apology and return of my $5.80 shipping cost.

Review: I received in an e-mail from [redacted]that he apologizes that he sent the wrong item and that he would get the right one back in the mail right away. That was Christmas and no word from him yet nor have I received the Northface Jacket I ordered fro my daughter. I resent the incorrect one back to this company priority main and had it insured. What are my rights now?Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is for this company to apologize, send me my proper Northface jacket for my daughter medium size and brown in color. I trusted them to return me my proper order jus as I have sent them theirs, yet they have charged my credit card.

The full amount they owe me back has not been refunded to my credit card nor did they send me my jacket. They did refund to my card $78.03 but it should have been $96.05 in which my card credited me for them not doing so. Otherwise no messsage of apology or any explanation just that they were going to refund me my full amount of $192.10 to my account which I did not understand. Why would you say that and I received 1 jacket but not refund that amount if you wanted to make up for your mistake. That's why My Credit card Discover refunded me because I've been with them since 2003. To me this company SHOULD not be trusted or allowed to be in business. This to me and others makes the NORTHFACE commpany even look bad for this company to be selling supposedly their products. Maybe they need to be notified as well.

Review: I will start with the advertising issue but this company has several issues. First the jacket I purchased from them was advertised and pictured as a black North Face Denali TNF with white stitching. What I received was a black FAKE north face (no polar tech label in the side seam like the real deal) and the stitching was pink. I tried several times to contact this place to return the item as they said it was guaranteed. I sent no less than 4 emails, with no information in them on the return process. I called the number on the website several times as well and no on ever answers. This place is ripping people off. What the are doing is a crime. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would be happy to send the item back but I do not even know where to send it. I need some kind of proof that I will receive a refund if I do though. Because I feel like at this point if I send the item back I will be out the money any way.

Review: The product that I received was not what was advertised on their website. The advertised customer service number is an answering service stating to call during normal business hours, which I did several times.No one answers emails. The websites states that if you are not satisfied with the product, you can return within 15 days of the purchase but no return address is given and I cannot get a hold of anyone. Review: Ordered a jacket. The website states 100% satisfaction or contact either email or by phone. I have called everyday during their normal business hours. I always get an automated teller and it doesn't allow me to leave a message. I can't exchange the jacket without a verbal confirmation code that is needed for a return label. So there isn't anyway for me to return or exchange. Also the jacket is made in Mexico. Northface is not made in Mexico. After purchasing this item, I found multiple review sites and it appears that I am not the only person having this issue with this company. I would hate for this to continue to happen and have other people be out of a lot of money.Desired Settlement: Want to return jacket for a refund

Review: I purchased Chanel Allure Homme Sport Eau de Toilette Spray Mens 3.4oz

for $110 - Order ID is #[redacted].

The product that was shipped to me is a complete fake. Once I opened the packaging seal - I found the bottle was dirty - and moreover it smelled nothing like a perfume - it smells like lemon juice - literally.

I contacted them and they said they do not refund on fragrances - but this is not a fragrance - its water mixed with lemon refilled into a bottle and that too done in a dirty way -

the only thing that fooled me was the top polythene cover seemed nicely packed and sealed - but those are available easily to seal boxesDesired Settlement: full refund to my credit card

Review: The website advertises all merchandise is authentic and reason for such a high discount is because they buy in bulk and merchandise is from older season.The merchandise I ordered and paid for was NOT authentic, NOT the style or size that I received. When I called "customer service" they said they had the style I ordered but not the size. So I simply asked for a refund and the lady said she would e-mail me a return label for the box. Review: I ordered two North Face jackets from this company on Nov. [redacted], 2013. I received an email stating that my order had been shipped and my credit card was charged the $234.60 for the jackets. I had chosen priority mail 2 day shipping and I began to worry when I had not received the order. I started calling the company on Dec. [redacted], 2013 and called for a week. I would always get a recording saying that all their associates were unavailable and to please call back during regular business hours from 10 to 7. Each time that I called it was within those hours. I had emailed a couple of times and then finally got a response from a man named [redacted]. He told me that the Post Office was behind but I would receive my order before Christmas with no worries. I emailed again on Christmas Eve and he told me it would be there that day. I have called several times after Christmas and have been on hold for over an hour on four different occasions and had left messages that were never returned. I emailed Simon several more times and got no response. When I threatened with the Revdex.com he emailed me back and promised my order would be in soon. On Mon. Jan. [redacted] he sent me an email saying that the Post Office had found several of their packages that had been misplaced and they were mailing them out that day. After several days I contacted the USPS and they have had no contact with my package other than the company asking for a mailing label for it. I emailed Simon again and let him know that I was contacting a lawyer and he responded that he would ship my package out that day and I would get it the next. That was on Monday the [redacted]. I have yet to receive it and tracking status has never changed. I have tried to be nice and patient and understanding with them, but that is a lot of money to me and those were Christmas gifts.Desired Settlement: I want what I ordered to arrive.

Review: I ordered The North Face denali jacket for my husband. When it arrived, the packaging smelled like smokes e the fleece was giving off a weird odor.
