Review: Received coat I purchased. Was not an original North Face coat and was way too small, no women's medium. Returned purchase next day ($11.10) FedEx . The company policy is returns have to be within 15 days. I returned well within that time. I have not received a refund on my purchase. (Used debit card). I have made several attempts to reach someone by phone and email. Phone is a machine and no one ever picks up. Emails no reply. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow to see if anything can be done on my card. They owe me $91.80

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. They refunded me $78.00 when I payed $91.80. I don't know the reason why it wasn't refunded in full as I meet their 15 days. I'll take the $78.00 and run. Won't be purchasing from them again.

Review: I ordered a women's northface jacket from this company. When I got the item, it was a men's jacket. Also, the website claims that this is an authentic item, however there is no way that it was, and definitely looked like a fake. I called the company and they told me they would return my money for the item, but would charge a restocking fee and not pay for return shipping. I sent the item back on 1/**/14 after speaking to them on the phone and getting verbal confirmation that this return would be accepted. I made sure to get tracking on this item to make sure they received it. The item was marked as received by USPS, however I am yet to get a refund of any kind. Additionally, I have made several attempts to contact this business and initially was getting a busy signal. Now the number says that it is not set up to receive phone calls. I have also sent an email without any response.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back on this item.

I did file a similar complaint, however that complaint was made prior to actually sending the item back. I was able to get in communication with the seller at that point and after contacting the seller, I did send the item back with them telling me that I would be given a refund. I have not received my money back from the retailer as of yet and I have USPS confirmation that the retailer did receive the item. I cannot get in touch with the retailer either.

Review: Placed order with ShopperZOutlets, product was returned. Reordered product and returned it for second time. Called ShopperZOuts.com and was told to just send product back with invoice and note on the invoice staing to Credit back to my credit card and was assured that my credit card would be credited back right away. Product was returned on 11/[redacted]/2013. I have called ShopperZOut.com every day starting 11/[redacted]/2013. I am on hold every single time for at a minium of 45min at which time I evenually get disconnected. I have chosen the option to leave a message every day also. I have also sent them at least 1 or 2 emails per day since 11/**/2013.

Review: I bought a North Face Denali fleece coat that was delivered the day before Thanksgiving. It was suspicious from the start. Called about either exchanging or returning that night upon opening it. On hold for 20 min. Left message to be called back, wasn't. Called again and e-mailed, no response. Tried Thankgiving and Black Friday, both via phone and e-mail, nothing. Tried cyber Monday via phone and was on hold 55 min. And left message to be called back, nothing. Another e-mail, nothing. The coat is fake, completely fake. Website claims all ite,s are authentic and 100% satisfaction guaranteed, call for speediest exchange return. No return label or instructions in package or on line other than to call. After 15 days (there return period) I got a survey of product. I slammed the product with poor ratings, too many to list as to why I know it is fake (we have 7 Denali coats to compare to in our house and there are at least a dozen things wrong with the one they sent me from the brand of fleece used to make coat, to brand of zippers, feel, smells, stitching, threads hanging off, quality, location and size of pockets, lack of "name labels" to write your child's name on, and many more). I got a response from someone after I sent another e-mail after this survey. "[redacted]" responded. He apologized. I told him my story. He gave me return instructions. He knew my time frame but didn't comment on it being a problem one way or another. I sent it back. "[redacted]" received it and signed for it on Dec. [redacted] at 1:08 p.m. I included a letter outlining my wishes for a complete refund to my credit card and all my failed attempts to follow their instructions to contact them. I have not been credited or contacted. I e-mailed them again on Dec. **, no response. I called today and leaving a voice mail to be called back is no longer even an option. I just want to be refunded for the fake coat. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Refund of coat and return shipping costs, plus $12.00This website should be shut down. I read on line after the fact reviews from other consumers that they are a scam and they too had been taken. These people are thieves and are selling "hot", knock-offs, and are not being honest to the consumer. They should be shut down!!!

Review: Placed an order with this company, the order was shipping on Nov. ** (priority 2-3 day shipping), and I still have not received the order. My credit card has been charged and I have tried contacting the company on numerous occassions, but no one answer my calls or emails. I have tried called the company the past 3 days, and I sit on hold (yesterday for over an hour). Review: I ordered 3 coats from this company in December. I kept one coat and sent the other two back for a refund. The coats were not authentic north face jackets and did not fit my son. I sent the order back for a refund as the website states that would be no problem. My tracking shows they received the coats back December **at 3:51 pm. at Providence, RI [redacted]. The phone number on the website is ###-###-#### and no one ever answers the phone. It hangs up without even ringing. I have sent lots of e-mails and have no response back, yet receive offers everyday on email for 30% off sales. Review: I ordered a North Face jacket from this online company for a Christmas gift. It did not arrive prior to our holiday travel -- and was opened until January [redacted]. The item was ordered on 12/**and they only allow a 15 post purchase return. Additionally, after wearing the jacket my son kept complaining that the zipper did not work. Upon further investigation we discovered that the fabric was uneven, the zipper is faulty and threads are hanging off all over the coat and it it does not have the weight that this jacket should. After this we have been able to determine that it is a FAKE or knockoff item....NOTHING close to a genuine North Face coat.

I am unable to request a return as we are beyond the 15 day period and my son had to wear it to discover the problems.

Additionally, my credit card account was hacked shortly after this purchase -- and I suspect that this "company" had something to do with that as well,.

My credit card company and our local police department have been notified.

This company should be shut down ASAPDesired Settlement: I would like my money back.

Review: I ordered an item from this "so called company" that charged my credit card and never shipped my item. I call their customer service line to only hear a recording to call back during normal business hours, even if I call at noon est. i've emailed multiple times and haven't recieved any response but they're able to keep sending me emails to order from them again.Desired Settlement: a refund on my credit card would be first and formost but would settle for this website being shutdown and the people behind it arrested.

Review: I ordered a North Face Jacket online from ShopperZOutlets on 11/**/13. A "knockoff" version of the jacket arrived a few days later. Because the jacket was not a genuine North Face (as per online advertisement) I wished to return item, however, no return label or return address was provided with my order, nor was this information provided online. Review: November **, 2013 I ordered a XL North Face Denali jacket using my credit card. I wasnt happy with the color. I tried calling their customer service phone number listed on their website but was unable to get thru to anyone, ended up having to send them an email. They responded to my email providing me a address to return the jacket. I returned the jacket and I have confirmation from USPS they received the jacket on Novermber [redacted] 2013 prior to their policy of 15 days prior of date of receipt. I have been trying to reach them and they are not responding to any of my emails and their customer service phone number just rings then go right into music, Monday Dec *, 2013 I was on hold for 1 hour 42 mintues.Desired Settlement: $84.15 refund my credit card

Review: I ordered Ralph Lauren Polo Blue cologne from ShopperZOutlet.com on November [redacted], 2013 for $34. I received the wrong type of cologne (Polo Sport). I tried contacting ShopperZOutlet via phone, their website and e-mail, after 2 weeks of trying, someone finally responded via e-mail. He basically told me to ship back the wrong item, at my own cost, and they would send me the correct item. On December 10th, he told they would ship the item and it would be delivered by Christmas (as this is a Christmas gift).

I disagreed with having to pay the shipping costs because the mistake was not my fault, so we went back and forth though e-mail. I finally sent back the item on December **at a cost of $4.90, and told them. I then received an e-mail saying they would not "exchange" the item due to their policy. This was not an exchange, I was just asking them to send me the item I ordered and already paid for.

I sent another e-mail explaining this, and I am being ignored again. Nobody has responded to my e-mail in days (Christmas is fast approaching), I have left numerous messages with their customer service, nobody is responding to me.Desired Settlement: I would like the cologne I ordered, BEFORE CHRISTMAS. Otherwise, I have to go to the mall and purchase it, so I would like a refund of the $34, plus the Shipping Costs of $4.90 AND any price difference that the mall charges for the same product.

I received my correct order on Christmas Eve (about a month after I placed and paid for the order, and tried to contact them). However, I was not reimbursed for the return shipping that I had to pay out of pocket for a mistake that was not mine. I also asked for a [redacted]to call me, and nobody has contacted me.

Review: I placed an order fo product with them on 11/**/2013. They sent electronic shipping information to USPS on 11/**/2013. Billed my credit card account that day and I have been trying to reach their customer service department and on the phone since then. They never answer the phone and they have not responded to any of my emails. They did however have an email sent to me today asking how I liked the product. I responded that I did not know as I had not recieved the product. They also sent me a coupon for $20 off an order 2 days ago. Their site needs to be shut down. They also advertise free shipping...probably because they do not ship it!Desired Settlement: I would like a credit put back on my credit card and they can keep the product. Review: Ordered merchandise on Cyber Monday from what appeared to be a legitimate website. Received an order number, and tracking number linked to the USPS, but when tracking the package the number was not found by USPS. In addition, nobody answers the phone number during regular business hours, only leaves a recording no one is available, call back during regular business hours... And is is during regular business hours.

In addition, they said to contact by email, yet they do not respond to the email.Desired Settlement: This is a website scam that looks legitimate...Shut it down!

Review: I ordered from ShopperZOutlet.com online, and I ordered a cologne. They sent me the wrong cologne I ordered and when I tried to get in contact with their customer service no one responded. I called several times and was on hold very long periods on time, with no one ever answering. I emailed both of their emails twice telling them that I wanted the correct cologne sent to me or my money back. I never got any response so I sent back the product in the condition of what it came to me in, and I sent it back within 15 days of receiving it like the company said to do in their Return policy, and I never got my money back. I wrote them a letter in the box that I sent back with the unopened package and I told them to either send me another cologne, or send me my money back, and I still have not heard anything from them. It says in the return policy that if the customer is not 100% satisfied with they order they can send their product back within 15 days of purchase date, which I did, and you can get a refund. I did not get a refund or get ahold of anyone on this website. Review: We ordered a Northface Jacket from this company. Upon receiving it we found it to be too small. Tried calling and emailing and can not get a response. We went ahead and sent it back to return it due to the recipt stating that we only had 14 days to do it for them to accept it. Upon tracking the package it is showing that its undeliverable b/c of an insufficient address. Review: I made a purchase for $153.68 from shopperzoutlets.com on 12/**/2013 for 2 North Face jackets. I received the jackets as promised but they are fakes. I've tried calling the company several times as I want to return them and after 1 ring an automated voice answers and says "Thank you for calling our customer service line. All of our agents are busy. Please call back during normal business hours." I've also tried emailing them several times and they do not respond. The invoice that came with the merchandise doesn't give any information on how to return the items but the return address on the outside of the package that the merchandise came in says "no returns without RMA#."Desired Settlement: I would like the company to refund me as I do not want the merchandise that was given to me and their website states that you have 15 days to make a return but they make it difficult to return merchandise if you can only do it with an RMA but you can't get in touch with anyone to get the RMA

Review: I placed an online order on November **, 2013. On November ** I received notification from the company that my package had shipped. I was provided with a USPS tracking number. Since 11/** the USPS has only received electronic notification that they should be receiving a package for shipping. But they have not received the package for shipping. I've emailed the company 3 times and have left 3 voicemails. And have yet to receive response. Even if I do get the package in the mail, their return policy expires after 15 days from the purchase.
