Review: I sent back item because zipper broke and they said they would replace and never replaced nor reimbursed money. They will not return any of my calls and are not there during regular business hoursDesired Settlement: They refund me my money or send me my new north face jacket.

Review: All of the items purchased and received were fraudulent. They are not authentic North Face, Lacoste, or Ralph Lauren Polo merchandise as the website advertised. They had fake labels placed on top of generic tshirt labels. We have photos of the details of the merchandise to show how we can tell that they are obviously fake. It was supposed be be shipped as 2-day priority shipping, but hadn't left the warehouse until 4 days after the date of purchase. There is a phone number on the website that goes straight to a recording everytime you call. There are two email addresses for customer service, I emailed both without reply. The website states you can return to warehouse within 15 days of order date. Their late shipment makes that virtually impossible. And there are no instructions, or address to return.Desired Settlement: There is an address on the package. I am afraid to send items to this address since there doesnt seem to be anyone who will do anything on their end. Then I would have wasted more money on shipping, and the merchandise would disappear.

Review: I purchased a jacket for $83.30 on 09/**/13. I returned the jacket the very next day and they still have not refunded my credit card! I contacted them 5 times throughout the 2 months and they tell me that they are extremely sorry and they will refund me but it never shows up on my credit card statement.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back!

Review: I order a hooded Denali north face jacket and was sent the incorrect jacket, I received a regular Denali without a hood, which cost less. I have requested a full refund because they state if you are unhappy with your product you can send it back for a full refund. I have been contacting they emails they have in the customer service section to receive an address I should ship the return to. I have had no success with the returning of this product.Desired Settlement: I want the 108.00$ I was charged (shipping was free) refunded to the card used to purchase the item.

Review: I ordered a women's medium northface jacket. The company sent me a men's medium jacket. I attempted to contact them several times with no luck (stuck on hold for hours). The company claims their products are authentic, however this jacket is not, you can tell by the poor quality and the name brand on the jacket itself. I would like a refund on this product but cannot get a hold of anyone to get RMA number, which according to the shipping label is required for all returns.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the item and get a refund for my purchase.

Review: The item received was a "knock off" and not an authentic North Face brand jacket as advertised. I contacted shopperzoutlets.com to resolve my issue. For the following reasons the jacket is an imitation:

The fake jacket only comes with one tag attached. It is a red tag and has The North Face written on it and also a price. The real jacket tag comes with 2 to 3 tags. MY JACKET ONLY HAS ONE TAG ATTACHED.

The real North Face Jacket has no skips in stitching just smooth zig zag stitching! The real jacket also has no threads hanging that have been cutt due to the machine skipping! The seams of the inside (under the arms)of a real north face jacket are basted together with one complete stick instead of several off line stitches. A real Jacket is made with great guality all seams are faced perfectly. THE STITCHING ON MY JACKET IS DONE POORLY AND HAS MANY AREAS OF THREAD HANGING OUT.

The fleece on the Real North Face Jacket is fuzzy like fleece would be. The fake fleece has a slick feel to it and is almost smooth. The smooth stuff is not water proof anf will not keep you warm! MY FLEECE IS SLICK AND SMOOTH.

Sometimes the Fake jacket has a very heavy odor due to the fake fleece it is made out of. MY JACKET HAS A VERY STRONG UNPLEASANT ODOR.Desired Settlement: To refund me the full amount of 108.00 and not to sell jackets which are not authentic.
