disappointing to me to hear how unhappy you are with our services. I am more than happy to address this issue and explain why you cannot see any tracking information on the website. There was unfortunately some confusion with whether or not your order was shipping out because you were located in IL and shipping had not been added on to your invoice. When shipping was requested, we had to rebuild the invoice and forward it to you. We then covered the shipping charges in lieu of this inconvenience and confusion. After payment had been made, we relocated your items and rebuilt your pallet to ship out. I see that the tracking number was available and sent to you on Saturday. Unfortunately, [redacted] does not pick up on Saturday or Monday (because of the holiday). Therefore, the tracking number will not show up on the [redacted] website until it has been picked up from our Shorewood location. We did make a specific appointment for your pallet to be picked up on Tuesday the 11th. I am more than happy to reach out to you on Tuesday to confirm that the pallet was picked up by [redacted] Freight so you know that the number you received is available to be tracked. I do understand that this does not solve this issue completely because your items are still in transit, however I do hope that this explanation helps you understand exactly where the delay happened. I assure you that the tracking number you received is not a bogus number, it just needs to be scanned into the [redacted] database. Good morning if you have come to this Page there must be a problem I have learned my lesson After purchasing my [redacted] I went in to pick it up after I pay there was only one item so I asked Manager where was the other item he explained to me that his staff was lazy and did not take the proper photos so therefore I cannot receive a discount or the second item I paid for, so I will let you be the judge do you feel I should have got the second item I pay for based on the pictures or they should have giving me a discount for lost item? Look at the pictures you be the judge their model is what you see is what you get my model is Shorewood will scam you not to mention all the miss label or incorrect descriptions on previous items

I've bid on their Thursday auctions a few times now and have nothing but success! I am beyond happy with the deals I've gotten and will continue to bid each week! Also, the staff is super friendly and helpful :)

Shorewood Liquidators Inc. auctions Items on eBay as "karensbarn". All their items are listed as "USED" even those items that are incomplete (For parts or not working) or NOT; "...fully operational and functions as intended." as eBay has defined "USED".

"USED" = "...fully operational and functions as intended." by eBay policy. Anything less is Bate and Switch (fraud).

When I brought this error to their attention they chose to block me from purchasing from them. Why? I was simply attempting to bring good eBay policy to their attention.

Apparently they are engaged in FRAUD and know it and do not want anyone to bring their fraud to their attention or anyone else's. Well that did not work.

Auction is awsome very good people

I have been buying from this auction house since November 2015 to present, and I always receive prompt courteous service when picking up an item. The guys that pull orders are always happy to help to load my vehicle. I have found that everybody that works for this organization is efficient, so it's nice to do business with them.

No delivery charges quoted or explained before you bid, called their contact phone to ask delivery charges for items I am going to bid, gave them their lot numbers, no call back, e mailed them no answer
I bid on items I need ,next day I call them for delivery charges, a surprise charges, I paid them what they quote me, items are not still delivered because their delivery guy do not have proper tools to unload from truck
Now I am asking a refund ,they are telling us they will give store credit

I have bought on many occasions from Shorewood Liquidators and have had no complaints whatsoever. In fact I was very pleased that all the employees I have talked to have been completely courteous, friendly and have always asked how my day has been. So I buy there almost every week.

I really enjoy getting great deals and Shorewood liquidators is JUST the place for that! They include many photos and detailed descriptions of each item with a handy dandy ask a question button and very quick response time! I am lucky to have them so close to me in proximity- I'm there every week!

Consider every last thing you get from karensbarn as parts or junk. If it works, you just won at Russian Roulette. I agree with the others, they have a "broken in shipping" scam going. Poor [redacted] is paying for items already broken when they were returned to these big box stores. That is why they wont take lights out of the box for pictures. Other items with missing parts, severe damage or undeclared damage is why they show pictures of the box, and not what's inside. EVEN though you can see the box has clearly been opened, they wont show what's there, or the condition.
The photographer intentionally takes glancing pictures, pictures of parts of the box that make no sense. Items that are out of the box, they do not accurately take pictures of the damage. A vacuum had the cord chopped completely off, they did not mention it, but took a pic of the plug end of the cord only!
"Powers on" is their mantra. A light illuminating does not mean something powered on, let alone works.
Worse than forcing you to pay return shipping for inaccurately described or photographed broken items is, is that if you give negative or neutral feedback their scam to falsely inflate their feedback is to block you from ever bidding again. Regardless of the thousands of dollars you may have paid in the past, or the dozens of positive feedbacks you optimistically gave on other purchases.
Karen speaks out of both sides of her mouth with her disclaimers, but hopes you follow the carrot and pay as if the item works. A clean used item is still USED it does not mysteriously become new. "Complete and in good condition" cannot be stated on the same auction page as "untested". Prime example "powers on, tested & works, scuffs/scratches" then right below it " I do not test the items I sell for full functionality" Even the items that have only ONE function she states it works but covers her tail with "the sun was in my eyes"
"You can see from my feedback I don't list items that are known bad" Call that bluff people, hundreds and hundreds of negative and neutral feedback will prove that incorrect. Even positive feedback tells the real tale in a lot of instances... read read read all feedback, the truth lies within...
But heaven help you if you give a deserving negative, she'll cull you from the herd to artificially bolster her ratings.

I apologize if I was not clear and caused any confusion or misunderstanding. I am not trying to portray this as your fault at all. I actually took fault and have already honored you free shipping on this order that cost over $100 to ship ($160 actually). I definitely would not be able to take such measures on something that was not an error made by us. Unfortunately, when your order was placed on the line to be quoted, it was not entered into the system in a timely manner. Thus resulting in the "domino" effect as to why your order was cancelled without payment, and had to be re-sold and then found. For this, I am, again, terribly sorry and have addressed this in any and all departments that are involved. I have stressed the importance of diligence and organization when it comes to ALL shipping invoices. Remedial actions have been set in place to prevent this from happening again. Again, in no way or form am I putting this on you. We have taken full responsibility for this, apologized, and gave you a major discount on shipping for this order. Also, the customer service department has recently (Monday) spoken to you over the phone to confirm that the tracking number your received is the correct tracking number. Your order is being picked up by [redacted] Freight this afternoon and you will be receiving the items this week. I understand your continued frustration and do apologize again that this happened to your order. It is definitely something that we try to avoid on a daily basis, and in no way was this done deliberately. It was an  honest mistake, and sometimes unfortunately mishaps happen. Our number one priority is customer satisfaction, and if for whatever reason a customer is not satisfied with services rendered, we are more than willing to work with our customers to make the situation right. I believe that this has been done with the free shipping, but if you are still not satisfied I would be interested to know what further action you would like to see take place towards this issue.
