I have used Service Pros for several years now and have always found them to be timely and professionalThis time I had a toilet in a guest bathroom that wasn't filling with water and needed someone to fix it immediatelyThis was the Friday before Easter so I figured they would have a full schedule and they didBut, to my surprise, a repairman (Bobby N.) arrived about minutes after I called and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issueThese are not the cheapest guys on the block but you get what you pay forI would definitely use them again and recommend them without hesitation

Mike provided first-class service He was not only 'on time', he was early He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and enjoyable to talk with His prices were fair, and I respect that they offer a military discount For future electrical issues, I'll go nowhere but to Service Pros

Service Pros is a highly professional plumbing, electrical and remodeling business My latest interaction was for plumbing services They were extremely knowledgeable, technically proficient customer oriented, clean, and on-time I will definitely use their services in the future

Service Pros arrived on time, unclogged the drain, tested to make sure that the job was done correctly, and cleaned up afterwardsVery professional and I will definitely use them againThe response from the beginning to the end was very pleasant

After my first floor was flooded, due to a blocked underground pipe, Service Pros was recommended to me by my home maintenance company, who told me that they were the only plumbers they referred their customers to David came out with his crew, Edgardo and Ervin, and identified the problem and then resolved it with the incredibly high tech gear they use and cleared the blocked pipes until they looked like new They kept me informed of what they were doing and why every step of the way, showed me (via a camera snaked through the pipes) where the blockage was and the condition of the pipes, and then worked for eight hours straight with no breaks to clear the blockage and then clean the pipes I was extremely impressed with both their work ethic and their work They even fixed a broken toilet without being asked and without charging me for it --- just because they noticed it wasn't working I really couldn't be happier with any company and I will use them exclusively for my plumbing and electrical needs in the future

I called Service Pros in the morning, I needed a bathroom exhaust fan replaced that wasn't working I had company arriving tomorrow and needed it replaced quickly Brad arrived in the early afternoon Brad was very helpful, providing advice on the new exhaust fan I purchased prior to him arriving He installed it in no time and it works perfectly He was knowledgeable and did a great job

Great fast work, Tatum in customer service is super helpful, Mike and Sean in electrical were fast and responsive

Problem was water leak in wall that required owner to shut off house water and contact local plumberHe was unable to repair leak (no charge incurred) and referred me to Service ProsRick and Willis were able to come much earlier than originally scheduled and promptly found the leak in the wall and provided an adequate repairThis was on a Saturday and I have scheduled an evaluation for a renovation next week

The administrative staff knowledge of Service Pro business and procedures was both timely and knowledgeable I was particularly impressed with David His visit to my home was insightful and helpful His knowledge of Geberit toilet systems was detailed and his patient and knowledgeable description of the toilet and possible options to "improve" the system, e.g., adding an external shut-off valve, was great The fact that Service Pros is nearby and knows the Geberit System, can get parts locally and can respond quickly for servicing in the future if I have a problem is "good to know" David M***

Paul just installed two foyer lights and a chandelier in the dining room He also installed a heater in a fan in the bathroom and replaced flood lights on our two story home In addition, he carried dimmer switches on his truck that we needed replaced when we went to LED bulbs He did an excellent job and took the time to ensure that the lighting was hung straight and in the direction we wanted it He was professional and friendly and careful not to ding or nick any walls, floors, etc with the extension ladder The office staff, likewise, are professional, friendly and helpful The cost to install was very reasonable given the difficulty and time expended I would highly recommend Service Pros to my neighbors and friends
