Paul replaced an attic fan for us in a very professional, thorough and meticulous way He built a wooden frame for it (which was an extra but sensible step the original fan didn't have one) and took his time to do it all right, making corrections when he wasn't fully satisfied with the final look (a question of centimeters; we wouldn't have noticed) Very polite and friendly to boot If we ever have to replace our other attic fan, we'll know who to call!

Service Pros sent Edgardo to install some new bathroom fixtures in two bathrooms (sink, tub and shower in both) They were very professional throughout providing a written estimate very quicklyThe information was complete and reasonable (I did get other estimates) I had used them before, so had a level of trust already I was quite pleased with the results Edgardo was very considerate and helpful He really knows what he is doing I will definitely use them again should I need any plumbingThanks to everyone at Service Pros!

We had a clog at our house that was somewhat puzzling because it only affected two of the sinks in the house but not any of the other sinks, toilets, or shower drains We called another plumber who was recommended by neighbor He couldn't diagnose the nature of the problem and made things much worse when he accidentally broke one of the pipes in the house trying to snake the drain We called Service Pros and Bobby came out to take a look Right off the bat he made a more favorable impression than the first guy He was dressed professionally and was in a nice truck that didn't look like a gypsy wagon Bobby took a thorough look at the situation and quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem correctly He then proceeded to repair the pipe that the other guy had broken (no small job) and unclog the pipe that was the cause of the original problem His work was excellent, very professionally done He even improved the way that the pipes were laid out under the sink so that we have more room under the sink Bobby was pleasant to converse with and seemed like someone that you would be fine with doing work in your home when you aren't there Lastly, minutes after Bobby departed, he came back to the house just to double check something that he had done to make sure that everything was okay Great service, great skills and just a great guy I would highly recommend Bobby to anyone without reservations

Very happy, though, to report that Service Pros worked diligently until they could restore water service Lots of trench digging, jack hammering the garage floor, removing the hot water heater, etc The team worked for over hours without stopping so that I could have water before they left Did I mention this was done on the Friday after Thanksgiving! We called Service Pros regarding a leaking water heater, and were able to schedule an estimate the next day When Bobby arrived at the house, he explained the issue thoroughly, and walked us through the replacement process, answering all of our questions in detail He was able to return within two days to replace the water heater, and insisted on ensuring the area of the house he worked in was clean before he left! Edgardo Tdid a great job installing our toiletAfter he removed the old toilet, he even cleaned the floor behind the toilet area, which is very difficult to reach once the toilet is installedHe also made helpful recommendations for another toilet (explaining why it made sense to replace it rather than fix it) and did a free inspection of other plumbing around the houseThe only thing that could have been better is that he came an hour earlier than the time window we scheduled; he did call to let us know he was coming early, and I understand that it makes sense for a technician to move right on to the next job if the previous job ends sooner than expected

Mauricio showed up right at the beginning of his time window and was very courteous and easy going He thoroughly checked for possible causes of water accumulation under my sink and determined the cause was a poor seal between my sink and the counter top rather than an issue with the pipes, or disposal He offered advice on how to address the issue on my own and offered to take a look at the plumbing throughout my house He took his time answering all my questions and provided knowledgeable answers without any up-sales or recommending unnecessary work Overall a very pleasant experience
