We had an attic fan installed by Mike and Ross I was impressed by their attention to detail and professionalism as well as good humorThey also fixed a number of little things that they found while doing the installSince I originally couldn't hear the fan I called and Mike volunteered to stop by after work to be sure everything was working They went above and beyond what I would have expected

The administrative staff knowledge of Service Pro business and procedures was both timely and knowledgeable I was particularly impressed with David His visit to my home was insightful and helpful His knowledge of Geberit toilet systems was detailed and his patient and knowledgeable description of the toilet and possible options to "improve" the system, e.g., adding an external shut-off valve, was great The fact that Service Pros is nearby and knows the Geberit System, can get parts locally and can respond quickly for servicing in the future if I have a problem is "good to know" David M***

I would not hesitate to use Service Pros again! We called on a Saturday and Greg was able to find a service professional to come out later in the afternoon to look at a problem shower leak in our master bath that was at risk of damaging the ceiling to our dining room below it Carl called prior to coming out and was terrific in diagnosing and fixing our problem, verifying that the leak was resolved both inside and out He was up front about pricing and as well as realistic about discussing the challenges of fixing our old shower faucet and what may be needed if the straight forward job was not possible Finally, he ensured he left our bath clean when he was finished Service Pros will be our first call for any future plumbing needs

Cody did a fabulous job He came to snake my shower drain He was on time, communicative, and cautious of the work being done My house is very old with original plumbing He was careful to clean, but not damage the pipes in the process

Paul replaced a ceiling fan and junction box, replaced/moved lights on our main and lower levels, checked upstairs fixtures regarding loose connections (only needed different type of light bulbs) and replaced kitchen outlet coversHe is not only personable, but honest, thorough and left his work areas as he found them...a feat not often found with many service people in today's world I am thrilled with my new ceiling fan and the fact that we now have light when and where we need it

Mauricio was very knowledgeable, helpful in securing a lifetime warranty replacement of our kitchen sink faucet unit, practical in his advice, friendly and patient in checking out a number of unrelated issues

Quick, professional, high-quality plumbing serviceThis was our second time using Service ProsThe first time was about a year ago and they replaced the faucet for our bath/showerIt was well done and hassle-free, so I called them yesterday about our leaky toiletWallis came out that afternoon and he was courteous and professional and got the job done in about an hourHe took the time to show me and explain why the toilet was leaking, which I found very helpfulOur toilet no longer leaks! Edgardo Tdid a great job installing our toiletAfter he removed the old toilet, he even cleaned the floor behind the toilet area, which is very difficult to reach once the toilet is installedHe also made helpful recommendations for another toilet (explaining why it made sense to replace it rather than fix it) and did a free inspection of other plumbing around the houseThe only thing that could have been better is that he came an hour earlier than the time window we scheduled; he did call to let us know he was coming early, and I understand that it makes sense for a technician to move right on to the next job if the previous job ends sooner than expected
