Quick, professional, high-quality plumbing serviceThis was our second time using Service ProsThe first time was about a year ago and they replaced the faucet for our bath/showerIt was well done and hassle-free, so I called them yesterday about our leaky toiletWallis came out that afternoon and he was courteous and professional and got the job done in about an hourHe took the time to show me and explain why the toilet was leaking, which I found very helpfulOur toilet no longer leaks! We'll definitely be using them again in the future

Service Pros' Edgardo and Willys were able to come to my condo on a Saturday for emergency plumbing work They were courteous, conscientious, and (most importantly) effective Service Pros did charge me $because it was an emergency call, but they were polite and upfront about it I would definitely use Service Pros again

We returned home from a three week road trip to find that our dining room ceiling was wet It was almost 5pm when we called Service Pros, and they quickly sent Bobby to diagnose and fix the problem Bobby was terrific - he found the problem (a pin hole leak) and fixed it He knows his business and was a pleasure to work with He made sure we had photos of the damage for our insurance company, and recommended next steps for addressing the mold problem he found We will recommend Bobby and Service Pros to our friends and family Thank you!

After my first floor was flooded, due to a blocked underground pipe, Service Pros was recommended to me by my home maintenance company, who told me that they were the only plumbers they referred their customers to David came out with his crew, Edgardo and Ervin, and identified the problem and then resolved it with the incredibly high tech gear they use and cleared the blocked pipes until they looked like new They kept me informed of what they were doing and why every step of the way, showed me (via a camera snaked through the pipes) where the blockage was and the condition of the pipes, and then worked for eight hours straight with no breaks to clear the blockage and then clean the pipes I was extremely impressed with both their work ethic and their work They even fixed a broken toilet without being asked and without charging me for it --- just because they noticed it wasn't working I really couldn't be happier with any company and I will use them exclusively for my plumbing and electrical needs in the future

Edgardo came out on time and did the work quicklyHe was conscious of the fact that I would have to repair some dry wall and cut as little as possibleI understood what they were going to do before they did and what it would costI'm afraid I am forgetting the name of the other gentleman who came out, but he declined to clean my tankless water heater on that visit and advised me to try and get the installer to do it first, as there were some things they did improperlyI appreciated not being upsoldI would call them again

I usually do not leave reviews (or if I do it is usually when I have an unresolved problem) However, I HAD to leave a review for Service Pros because this company went above and beyond my expectations From the initial conversation with Norm, who was very professional and willing to work with my schedule, to Bobby, the technician who came to my home, this company should have an A++ rating I had a minor plumbing issue (leaking toilet) that needed to be repaired since I have family who will be visiting Bobby came (on time), quickly diagnosed the problem, and saved me a LOT of money!!! I'm not so sure that other plumbing companies would have done this Hopefully, I do not have any additional plumbing issues, but if I do, I definitely know who I will be callingService Pros

Mauricio showed up right at the beginning of his time window and was very courteous and easy going He thoroughly checked for possible causes of water accumulation under my sink and determined the cause was a poor seal between my sink and the counter top rather than an issue with the pipes, or disposal He offered advice on how to address the issue on my own and offered to take a look at the plumbing throughout my house He took his time answering all my questions and provided knowledgeable answers without any up-sales or recommending unnecessary work Overall a very pleasant experience
