I have used Service Pros for both plumbing and electrical work since I moved to the area in late-My most recent problem was a toilet leaking at the baseBobby was great! He explained to me the problem and the options and costs for fixing itOne of the things I really appreciate about Service Pros and the professionals who work for them is that they are very straightforward and honest in their assessment of the situationI never feel that they are trying to upsell me or scare me into getting something or some service that really is not neededTheir professionals are always pleasant to work with as is the office and scheduling staff

I've used Service Pros for regular HVAC maintenance for the first time this spring I liked them much better than the previous company The service technician explained everything to me in a way I could understand He went into my attic and the previous company I used never did that There were no acharges and he gave me some ideas for things to listen for
I then had a plumbing emergency They came out right away and the plumber was as good as the HVAC technician He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to repair it with no fee outside of the service call fee which I thought was a reasonable fee He also explained what was wrong in a way I could understand

I had both Eduardo and Brad do some plumbing and electrical work this weekBoth came out before to diagnose and evaluate the work to be done, and they came out as scheduledBoth worked very conscientiously and put a lot of care and skill into their workI am very pleased with the results and will definitely call on them again

Very happy, though, to report that Service Pros worked diligently until they could restore water service Lots of trench digging, jack hammering the garage floor, removing the hot water heater, etc The team worked for over hours without stopping so that I could have water before they left Did I mention this was done on the Friday after Thanksgiving!
