Willis came twice to repair my leaky faucet He was honest, professional and friendly He gave a quote the first visit and told me my faucet should still be under warranty, so I could get a replacement part from the factory for free He was correct I called the factory and they sent me the replacement part for free Willis only charged me labor for installing the part I would highly recommend them The part is over $

Mauricio showed up right at the beginning of his time window and was very courteous and easy going He thoroughly checked for possible causes of water accumulation under my sink and determined the cause was a poor seal between my sink and the counter top rather than an issue with the pipes, or disposal He offered advice on how to address the issue on my own and offered to take a look at the plumbing throughout my house He took his time answering all my questions and provided knowledgeable answers without any up-sales or recommending unnecessary work Overall a very pleasant experience

I called about installing a pedestal sink (replacing a vanity) Bobby explained that unless the pipes were moved, they would show on the side of the base He moved the pipes - the job was extremely neat After the wall was repaired, he returned and installed the sink The job was done quickly and professionally
