Service Pros has provided services for me several times in the past year The plumber Edgardo T., is excellent He always arrived on time, is courteous, and very good at describing the problem and what it will take to fix it

Brad did an outstanding job at hanging our outdoor lamps--they are really beautiful He made sure everything was cleaned up and made sure we were satisfied with the work prior to departure Best of all--the cost was fair and reasonable We will definitely use Service Pros for any electrical or plumbing work in the future

Bobby extended a new gas line and hooked up the gas range as part of our kitchen remodel He is hardworking, very courteous, and despite a few snafus, maintains determination and keeps a positive attitude The office staff are also always very helpful the several times I called Overall, the business seems pretty well organized Would (and did) hire again

This is my second time using Service Pros for electrical work Like before, Missie was great with finding out what services I needed and scheduling my appointment during a time that was convenient for meSean arrived to check out the electrical work needed and provide a thorough explanation of what would be involved in completing the work I was very pleased because this let me know what all would be required to have the work done, with regard to ensuring I budgeted enough to cover the entire project Shortly afterwards he provided me with an estimate that was very competitive in relation to other quotes that I've heard I look forward to Sean and the team from Service Pros to come to and complete the work Thanks

Problem was water leak in wall that required owner to shut off house water and contact local plumberHe was unable to repair leak (no charge incurred) and referred me to Service ProsRick and Willis were able to come much earlier than originally scheduled and promptly found the leak in the wall and provided an adequate repairThis was on a Saturday and I have scheduled an evaluation for a renovation next week

Bobby was punctual, personable, and professional He finished a plumbing job for us very quickly and we were happy with his work The office staff was very nice too Would recommend

I had a minor leak that turned out to be more complicated to repair than expectedBobby was available quickly and, after agreeing that it was a more unique problem, readily assessed the problem and outlined the fixThe part was not immediately available but because of Bobby's understanding he was able to point me to the original manufacturer who provided a replacement free

Edgardo came out on time and did the work quicklyHe was conscious of the fact that I would have to repair some dry wall and cut as little as possibleI understood what they were going to do before they did and what it would costI'm afraid I am forgetting the name of the other gentleman who came out, but he declined to clean my tankless water heater on that visit and advised me to try and get the installer to do it first, as there were some things they did improperlyI appreciated not being upsoldI would call them again

Mike and Ross have been doing the annual maintenance service on our generator for years and are always prompt, professional and efficient This week we had them add surge protectors to our electric boxes and they were as impressive as always Aside from always doing a great job at reasonable prices and ALWAYS cleaning up afterwards, Mike and Ross are two good guys with great senses of humor
