I usually do not leave reviews (or if I do it is usually when I have an unresolved problem) However, I HAD to leave a review for Service Pros because this company went above and beyond my expectations From the initial conversation with Norm, who was very professional and willing to work with my schedule, to Bobby, the technician who came to my home, this company should have an A++ rating I had a minor plumbing issue (leaking toilet) that needed to be repaired since I have family who will be visiting Bobby came (on time), quickly diagnosed the problem, and saved me a LOT of money!!! I'm not so sure that other plumbing companies would have done this Hopefully, I do not have any additional plumbing issues, but if I do, I definitely know who I will be callingService Pros

I would not hesitate to use Service Pros again! We called on a Saturday and Greg was able to find a service professional to come out later in the afternoon to look at a problem shower leak in our master bath that was at risk of damaging the ceiling to our dining room below it Carl called prior to coming out and was terrific in diagnosing and fixing our problem, verifying that the leak was resolved both inside and out He was up front about pricing and as well as realistic about discussing the challenges of fixing our old shower faucet and what may be needed if the straight forward job was not possible Finally, he ensured he left our bath clean when he was finished Service Pros will be our first call for any future plumbing needs

Paul replaced an attic fan for us in a very professional, thorough and meticulous way He built a wooden frame for it (which was an extra but sensible step the original fan didn't have one) and took his time to do it all right, making corrections when he wasn't fully satisfied with the final look (a question of centimeters; we wouldn't have noticed) Very polite and friendly to boot If we ever have to replace our other attic fan, we'll know who to call!

We have had Service Pros do three separate jobs (plumbing, electrical, and HVAC) for us The office staff who took and scheduled the calls were extremely competent, knowledgeable and professional The techs who performed the work were prompt and competent I was impressed that they were concerned with doing things right and when we had an issue with the new HVAC system they installed, they came back and fixed it...no questions asked I wish I could say stars

Willis came twice to repair my leaky faucet He was honest, professional and friendly He gave a quote the first visit and told me my faucet should still be under warranty, so I could get a replacement part from the factory for free He was correct I called the factory and they sent me the replacement part for free Willis only charged me labor for installing the part I would highly recommend them The part is over $

Service Pros installed recessed lights and two bathroom exhaust fans and venting in our home The house is an older home that was not equipped with these items so all the work was to retrofit the items All the work was done in a professional and competent manner Paul B discussed everything with us before starting the work and he asked our preferences of light and fan placement and identified pros and cons of each He took extra steps to minimize creating a mess when cutting the drywall and cleaned up throughout the project to ensure dust wasn't spread through the house Paul was courteous, professional and knowledgeable I didn't get the typical up-sell for other products or quality of the items installed The service was affordably priced and top quality Paul was punctual and clean over the days he spent working in our home I have had a very positive experience using Service Pros and would recommend them to anyone needing service work done in their home and I will be using them again in the future
