The consumer is receiving and exchange on all the items July 30th 2015 however the warranty will not start over it is from original deliverthe items were fixed times and it is happening again this is why we are exchanging the item per our warrantyThank You The

the year extended warranty which only covers what is listed on the warranty was enclosed with my first response along with the 3year warranty this gives details of what was covered and what was not and the customer was given this at time of purchase and at time of delivery

The consumer had items delivered august 20th the items that were delivered were not a platform bed but a panel bed along with a mattress and a low profile box springThe consumer called in with the problem and the RoomStore sent out a technician who determined that the mattress was sitting so
low because of the low profile box springThe consumer was offered to switch out the low profile box with a one the consumer chooses not to do soHowever we will be more than happy to still allow the box spring to be switch out if the consumer would like which would solve there problem. The consumer purchased May 5th and called in August with a complaint on his itemsA service technician was schedule and the report came back with little noise when you get out of the sofa but up to manufactures specificationsThe consumer wanted to
up grade and ask for in store credit this is not protocol as we would service the item if their was a defectHowever we did allow the customer to have in store credit and if the item he was to purchase was more expensive he would have to pay the differenceThe consumer purchased new items and we delivered them in august of in December of they called in with a complaint that items were squeaking a service was sent out and spring were tightened and service was completeIn February they called in with the same complaint a service was sent out and it was determined that the item need to be brought to our warehouse for repairThis has been set to be pick up and repaired at this time we are honoring the warranty

The consumer had an invoice written up on 1-16-for a sofa chair and ottoman along with a year warrantyThe consumer then had that change on 1-24-to a loveseat chair and a
year warrantyThe price of the total was less than the original but when she went form the year warranty to the five year warranty that was a difference in price as wellWe do not see the over billing or know why she went with out the sofa but the invoices were signed by the consumer for the changesIf the are any further information please contact the RoomStoreThank You The RoomStore

The leather items were purchased in November of along with a year warranty That covers what is listed on the warrantyThe leather is covered for only years and the item is out of the year warrantyHowever the frame which is under the year warranty will be taken care ofI will include
a copy of the warranty and as you can see leather flaking or peeling is not listed on the warranty.Thank you The RoomStore

At this time it is in the hands of the courts and the RoomStore has no say at this point however as the courts let us know what we can do we will be contacting our customers

This place refuses to honor the warranty we paid forThey sent a tech to fix some issues and then when the guy leaves, we have a whole new set of problemsThey send another tech out with no tools and he fixes other problems the first guy did not..with my toolsThe issues still remain and the ripoff store refuses to address it and then lies about itBy the way, the Revdex.com dodged their duty..again

technician was sent out to the home and determined the seat cores needed to be orderedAt this time it is covered under the warranty and the customer was informed that we could order the parts which will take to week not month or we could pick up the items cut the foam at our warehouse and replace themThe consumer said he was going out of town and would call us when he got backAt this time we are honoring our warranty( I have enclosed a copy of the warranty)

Although, I appreciate the response, this resolution is unacceptable I purchased this item in good faith The salesperson stated to me that this piece was good quality and workmanship I am being fair and am only asking for an exchange After spending what I did on furniture, I would hope that the roomstore would stand behind the quality furniture that they sell Again, I feel I am being fair and I would only assume that a business would do the same This experience will cause me to shop elsewhere I am extremely saddened that the roomstore has forced me to look for another furniture store to purchase from I hope that the roomstore will stand behind their furniture and offer an exchange of the piece that they originally stood behind as quality furniture

Feb 4th spent over in cash at store on bell rd phx was over charged this is the 22nd of feb still no refund after many many calls to main office also store on bell rd in phx also asked sales man to help with No one ever calls not even the store manager back still no refund to this date I will never buy anything from this store or any room store ever again

I reject The Roomstore's response, because it is apparent that the commitment to repair the sectional to the standard seen on the showroom floor is false.
Half the couch was taken away for a second round of day repairs this week, and returned this morningThe pieces returned in exactly the same condition they leftThe end armrest still has different material than the originalThe broken wood inside one of the consoles is still brokenThe middle recliner still sits at a different angle than the other piecesThese pieces still do not line up with the original 3! I was reassured the previous day repairs were unacceptable and they would be double checked by a manager this timeOther than being plastic wrapped on return, there is no evidence they even made it off the delivery truck to be examined, let alone repairedThis entire process is unproductive, and a waste of everyone's time.
The Roomstore would not have accepted that it was inconvenient for me to pay the full purchase price; I find it unacceptable that The Roomstore can deliver sub-par productThis sectional was an expensive purchaseAs such, I expect a sectional that closely resembles the standard I saw on the showroom floor, and repairs or replacements to actually be done as promised to achieve thisIf The Roomstore is unable to follow through on that, and I believe they have demonstrated that, they should return my money and take the sectional away

The RoomStore would like to apologize for any inconvenience this had caused our customerAs we are at the mercy of the manufacture and cannot control when they will ship us the itemEvery time we call they give us a projection date and that date keeps changing and this is what we go byWe
are in contact with the manufacture weekly and will contact our customer as soon as we get the merchandise
