Very very bad customer service in the warranty deptEspecially the manager name *** no respect for a customerNever would I buy from the room store again!!!!#

When they made the repair last year they said that it said the mechanical/ framework was guaranteed for life, only the fabric and leather had a yeat limited warranty It is too bad I didnt think to reacord the call I simply want them to repair and tighten the arms of the loveseat and the pull out sofa sleeper at no chargeIm not asking for $

The consumer is scheduled for May 6th and was given a two hour time frame no a to hour time frameThe service technicians will take a report and again if the repairs can not be made we will exchange the item per our warranty

They still haven't proposed any actionThe statement that I got mad and hung up before any option could be given is ridiculousThey told me numerous times there was nothing they would doWhether the smell is a part of their manufacturing process or not is irrelevantIf you're using overtly toxic chemicals to manufacture your products then that's on you to deal with the consequences when customers complainIt's extremely unethical to sell products that start to give off toxic odors after an extremely short day return period, then refuse to do anything about itIt's equally unethical to tell customers that the smell will go away, just wait it out till after the return period is over, then tell them tough luck, now you're stuck with our product since you listened to us and waited

It appears the RoomStore's records are incompleteThe first time the handle was replaced was when the sofa was taken into the shop to be refurbish, that handle lasted one day before it pulled offThat began the round *** of me calling service to have the handle replaced now for the 4th timeThe service man told me this time when he replaced the handle that the problem is that the arm of the sofa is brokenIt was the broken arm that is breaking release handle I don't understand why this has taken so long to figure out if that is the problemThis sofa has been a mess from the beginningA piece of "***" furniture should not fall apart with less that usage

service no good don't purchase any thing from room store sales manager (bell road) not answer properly

The RoomStore has filed chapter bankruptcy and can not refund the money at this time all we can do is to repair the items that are defective until we have a ruling from the courtsI do apologize fore the inconvenience this has caused our customersAlso we do not know about the year extended warranty

The technician just makes the report and dose not promise anything our warranty is our warranty so our story has never change you can see what the warranty covers by the warranty information I sentAs for the seat cushion they will soften with usage and if this is wear it would not be covered So as a consumer it is there responsibility to read there warranty, at this time we are standing behind our product and our warranty as outlined in our warranty. The consumer had items delivered October and called in with the complaint in February of that is four month after delivery and our policy is to repair the item and bring them back to manufactures specifications
The service technician would have repaired in the home if it was possible how ever he could not so we would have had to bring it to our warehouse to repairThe consumer is upset so as a one time courtesy we will exchange the itemBut in the future we will need to repair if any other problems occur Thank You The RoomStore

I Have sent copies of the warranty and the year covers only what is listed on the warrantyIt is pretty clear on what is covered and what is notthe documents speak for them self at this time we are following the warranty and guide line and policy's.

The Item was purchased in and the RoomStore had pick up the loveseat to do some warranty work on the itemsThe item was sent back without the back which caused some confusion in finding the item and we do apologize for thatThe item has been repaired and we have left several messages to see
when we could delivery the item backWe finally got a hold of the Mr*** who said they were out of town but would be back Friday the 27th of MarchThe item is scheduled to be delivered on that dayAs for the service we service the entire state of Arizona and are limited to days we go to certain areas of the state and again we would like to apologize for the confusion and inconvenience this may have caused our customer Thank You The RoomStore

The RoomStore is replacing the handle againThis will make the 3rd time this handle has been replaced so I'm not holding out much hope.
The last handle that was replace lasted two weeksI guess I will wait to see how long this handle will lastThe lady on the line from the RoomStore said this time the part was from "***" which leads me to believe the other replacement parts were not "***" replacement parts but I can't be sure.
Honestly, I just want my sofa to be fix/replaced and to stop having to call these people to have this sofa fixed

While the documentation that the Room Store presents in their reply was NOT GIVEN to us at the time of purchase I've attached images of what *** gave to us at the time of purchaseWe have it all bundled in a file with everything he gave to us that daySo, with that said I WANT MY $BACK!!!
