Would NOT recommend using Sila for any needs. My tech showed up already telling me the problem without even going up to look at my ducts. He told me I needed to pay $20,000 to get the ducts replaced immediately. He instilled fear in two women saying the ducts we have are unsafe and could cause serious issues for ourselves and family. We had a minor leak that needed to be fixed, but were told if we didn't replace the ducts and unit that they wouldn't fix the leak. I have gotten three different opinions since and no one recommended replacing the ducts. Another company just left and fixed the problem for $400. The Sila tech saw two women and thought he could make a quick sale. He even tried to get us to commit that day and would give us an extra 10%.

I have been using Sila for years. On a recent service call, Chris, a technician, was courteous and thorough in his explanation of what he did. I feel satisfied that he spent enough time to hopefully resolve the issue. I highly recommend Sila. Also worth note - they didn’t have time available today but said they’d call if something opened. Chris finished a job earlier than expected so came over and I appreciate their flexibility.

James, our technician, was very professional and courteous. He resolved our HVAC issue very quickly and suggested some system changes that may increase our comfort.

Excellent service provided as the technician was prompt , professional and well informed . He demonstrated and implemented all the best practices while in my home .. He wore a mask , shoe coverings and practiced social distancing . Job well done !??

Amidst the pandemic I was so very pleased to see the Sila technician show up at my door, keep at a distance and wearing a mask, gloves and shoe covers. He was extremely respectful and kept an appropriate distance away, answered questions and even did a couple of small additional checks at my request regarding cleanliness of my system.
I appreciate the consideration that Sila is providing to help protect the safety of their employees as well as customers during this health emergency.

We have been with them for years -- they are not cheap, but for the quality of service that they offer, and reliability year in and year out, they are worth the price.

Excellent and courteous service! The technician was very knowledgeable and conscientious. I’m a happy customer.

I used them for 2 1/2 years. During that time, they claimed my system was 16 years old (nope; it was installed in 2012), that it was builder’s grade quality, and that I should buy a new system from them. Feeling uncomfortable, I switched to Green heating & cooling. Very different vibe.

Sila is very professional. The schedulers and technicians are courteous. Service visit was punctual and the technician knowledgeable. I plan to continue using this company to service my airconditioners.

Excellent service. Technician was on time and wore protective gear to include a mask. This greatly appreciated both for my safety and his in the middle of the pandemic. He was efficient, changed my filter and took my order for a cover and additional filters.

They installed a high velocity A/C system in two days with no drama or commotion. They treated us and our house with total respect. I would recommend them to anyone.
