Fantastic service job. On time, polite, clean. Called 30 minutes before scheduled arrival. Arrived 5 minutes early. Made immediate diagnosis. Underperforming compressor due to filthy intake screens outside and filthy filter inside. Had all the right tools and parts. Removed all 4 sides at the base of the compressor and cleaned the intake screens with special detergent and pressurized hose. Replaced inside filter. Great guy.

Originally replaced the AC and added returns. Been on their Bi-Annual Maint agreement now for 5 years and very happy with the service and response time. They are always onetime and make sure we understand any reason for repairs (always under the Maint agreement) or how the summer and winter checks go. Have recommended to several neighbors that are all happy.

I have been dealing with Sila for several years now. Their customer service is excellent. Their technicians show up on time and are extremely personable and pleasant to deal with and take the time to answer questions and explain things to you. Their extremely clean when inside your house and work around your family Even when your home with little kids. I have never had any issues with them and would highly recommend Sila to anyone in need of their services. Last summer on July 3 my ac broke and a technician came out in July 4 and spent most of the day fixing it to make sure we had ac since we have little kids. Great company and great people and most important great work.

Sila service is superior. The men who come out to the house are knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I know that when they perform an installation or repair there will not be a problem afterwards. My only concern is that they seem to be on the high end of charges.

I am extremely happy with the installation of my high velocity AC system. Huy and Lam were my installers. They were professional and personable. Huy reviewed the placement of everything with me before doing anything and provided me with options on where duct outlets could be placed. They protected my furniture and belongings and cleaned up each day and placed all clothes back in the closets. Everything was neat, aligned and with excellent workmanship. They even moved my dog back into the kitchen and gated her in. Huy and Lam were busy every hour of the 4 days it took to install. I am thrilled with the work and now looking forward to a hot summer in my cool house. I highly recommend Sila and Huy and Lam.

A sila technician came out to service my Mitsubishi ductless system and was very nice and did a good job

Technician came to do point checkup on the air/heating unit and he did a thorough job, including the hard sell to replace my entire unit—which is ridiculous of Sila.
